WM6.1 ROM (build 20755) is finally out for testing. The released ROM uses 12MB of pagepool. You would like the speed of this ROM. I am sure you all shall like it.
MAIN Feature:
This ROM can be dumped and recooked. Unlike many of the cooks, no RGU have been deleted. No DSM has been deleted. And most of all, the ROM has not been crippled against dumping by deleting IMGFS signatures. So feel free to dump and modify upto your taste. And share the knowledge with the community. We can improve more by sharing the knowledge than keeping it secret.

General Notes: (Please Read before updating)
- There is readme.rtf inside the package. Pl read ir carefully.
- Remove SD card before update!
- There is no Radio or extended rom... JUST OS!
- You MUST install HARD SPL before going over a custom ROM.

I see the audio manager has an volume button. Does this mean that that can be controlled with a remote? Where can i find a cab of this audio manager.

In this moment i can't, can you ???

i've just downloaded and flashed this rom
it's looking nice.
it's fast.
a lot of options.
installed radio 1.59.42.23 which is doing his work.
now i've just found a bug:
when i try to use the compaqt qwerty keyboard, he'll only give me numbers and NO letters.
and another one:
when going to settings -> system -> touchflo, it doesn't show me any settings?
please help me out on this.

Issues I have found so far are below. But it is nice and quick.
Camera (Black Screen) Possible Radio Issue (1.64.08.21)
Photos on SD don't show under Photos and Videos
Windows Live did not work, updated to v10.6.0034.800 and now works fine
Active Sync keeps loading in background
Seems to hang when flowing onto Mail icon, needs an additional tap to show
You Tube Doesn't want to connect
Phone hangs when ending a call

Nice to see you here C_Shekhar... I still have your himalaya roms running smoothly on my old ppc.
Waiting for my polaris to come back from HTC repairing to give a try to this rom.

Very fast rom.. However, camera not working for my side... Other than that, it is very good rom...

Meaning, you can load ANDROID from this ROM. But you still have to find the right ANDROID (check at the subforum ANDROID Development), download it and extract the image, put it in a folder on the Root of SD Card and name it "Android". To load the ANDROID, just launch the Android loader in the ROM.

[Q] Adobe Flash Player 10.1 HTC Hero

Hello
i have a problem with the Adobe Flash player 10.1 for my HTC Hero.
When I install it I get an error. And some of them i can install but they dont work. It's also not listed in the Market.
I have the 2.3.2 version of Android - Gingerbread
In Youtube there are some videos where it works with a Hero
any solutions?

Flash player reqiures ARMv7 processor. Hero has ARMv6, you can't install it.

to delete those, use a file browser that has access to root, i prefer root explorer, but you can use es file explorer for free, and enable root in settings

deleting those will surely increase your internal memory and ram and system rom memory

No, because custom ROMs usually remove a lot of bloatware. This only applies on stock ICS rom

using live ware manager, you can specify what do you want your phone to do when charging/headphones/etc...
it is totally safe to remove if you don't want this useless feature
