Please, give me step by step procedure guidance and required files links to do both I.e. increase ram and internal memory and also please ,give a video tutorial ..
Sent from my GT-S5360 using xda premium

no.
you can't install more ram,
just a virtual memory space from the SD card called swap which does not increase your performance in any significant way,
you can increase internal memory by using link2sd or a2sd by using a 2nd partition on the sdcard,
please use the search button on how,
we have guides already related to these topics

Dont worry

for the record,
you can't increase the ram,
no one can,
since it is linked directly to the chip

Yes it is possible link2sd or a2sd increases internel memory through ext3 fs.But I recommend installing a custom kernel* and creating ext4 partition in the SD card. Then for increasing ram i recommend to create a linux-swap partition for this purpose.I recommend you to purchase a class 6 sd card for this purpose.

RAM help
I have this sd card Partition setup.. (see attachment) . My phone is lagging and loads slow when switching pages.
Do I still need to use this SWAPit Ram expander and RAM Manager PRO ?? If yes, what is the best setting for them?
I am using Hyperion 7 ROM on galaxy y.

Try flashing Jelly blast again..
You can delete those apps which use more memory if you don't need them...
Hit thanks if I helped you.
Try to clean dalvik-cache
Cleared dalvik cache -1mb
still nearly full. maybe ill try to reflash jellyblast and see what happens. it sucks not to know whats eating a big chunk of internal memory.

Use Mini tool partition wizard to partition your sdcard. make sure the size according to your sdcard size. As I partitioned 500mb. Most imprtantly make both partition as primary.

Conect ur phone to pc and restart them (phone nd pc) at the same time.
If that not help uninstall all drivers from pc nd install latest Kies.
Lol. Actually there is a much simpler way. Just do it in Cwm. I no need computer and card reader.
Though I still have to state that,

Swap partition

Hi,
I am using SDSL 4.0 .
It is really awesome Rom. Almost everyting working!
Thanks miro!
I herd about SWAP PARTITION . I don't know anyting about it.
Please tell me WHAT IS SWAP PARTITION ? HOW IT IS USEFUL? HOW CAN I USE IT?

swap partition is a partition (little part) on the SD card. its usually ~32-512 MB big.
swap is a little help for the RAM. big apps can be transferred to this partition if the RAM is full.
on gt540 ics/jb ROMs need swap to work properly, buzt on the other side it slows down the whole system especially with a slow SD card.
for gingerbread ROMs it's not needed but MAY improve your experience
How can i make swap partition ?
It is properly run on sdsl?
How can i transfered app to swap partition when Rom is full?
I also know more about this partition ?
Which type of partition should i make?and how?

I made a sticky thread in the dev forum about how to make one. I think i better clear somethings up, swap is used by the system to be (RAM) If you want more space to install apps then that is a totally different partition type.

Some ROMs have the option of purging of assets that frees some RAM at the cost of a little performance.

App to sd q maxi

Hi xda, new member here.
I have a question. Is there a way to move apps from internal memory to sd card without instaling custom roms? As you know there is not a 'move to sd' button in settings. I tried rooting my Maxi and used link2sd but its not solving my problem. Please help me.
I am using stock rom 4.2.2 os, rooted.
Thanks in advance
PS: sorry if I broke a rule, hopefully I havent.

U can not move to sd u must link it, create partition on sd card (make backup of sd) and set it up in link2sd.
How can I make a partition on my sd card? And is there any chance I will break my sd?
Sent from my ZTE Blade Q Maxi using XDA Free mobile app
First copy all content from SD to PC and make backup of all your apps with Titanium backup.
Download MiniTool Partition Wizard Home Edition.
U have to use card reader to make partitions on SD card

if u have cwm recovery u can make it from phone, i dont know if stock recovery can do it. If not, u need a card reader.
CWM recovery have that option,..i can do it but you will lose all data from SD card.
