Samsung has just started to push Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean update to the International Samsung Galaxy Note GT-N7000. The Galaxy Note is Samsung’s first Phablet device and has a very large user base that’s why Samsung keeps on updating this device with all the new Android versions as they want to provide the Galaxy Note users with their best support experience.
You might not be able to update your device to Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean right away as the update is rolling out in phases. So, it might not yet be available for your country or network provider (If Your device is Carrier branded) but don’t worry the update will arrive soon.

that different is due to leak version got 2 same files in the folder... one which is bigger than another...

if its not available through kies then its a leak .....its version is not mentioned and it has same designation as LSA on the page.
and then we have LSE kernel available in our forum.....so there must be a LSE firmware too......i wouldnt call it official yet

A guy in first page has checked the update through Kies and it shows "LM5 available".

No airview & can't configure notification panel.

FINALLY kitkat update is now official for our lovely device,but till now it is for international galaxy s4 mini GT-I9195 LTE, and soon it will be for GT-I9190 3G...

Are you sure that the linked firmware is really KitKat?
On the www.samfirmware.com there are already 3 XXUBNB3 firmwares but they are all JellyBean:
