Hope you guys are use the same and take it forward..
Do give credit where its due..
Enjoy !!!
File is still uploading.. would give the link the moment its done...
Ok sweet. Nice Job. Also i read on the GN posts that this will mess up your recovery. Will this do the same?
So this is based off the SDK? Nice and thanks for the hard work! Can't wait to test it out.

I use GooManager app. It helps sometimes if the links aren't working for some reason. Plus it downloads directly on your device so you can avoid copying.
Hey guys, not entirely sure where to port this but here goes.
I was watching the product launch of the oppo N1 and noticed their ColorOS looked like something fun to try out.
Did some poking around on their website
ColorOS forum without translate
Person taking credit for it on XDA with their own forum when it is actually provided by OPPO : http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2455932 (side note original link is an ODIN file and this guy did make a flashable zip so he should get some credit
Anyways I was wondering how tough it would be to port it over to our devices aka I9505/I337(m)
Anyone have any tips, maybe suggestions on where to place this thread for better reception?
Thanks!
YOU RIGHT!!

I've tried to port it a few times, i'm having trouble finding a good base rom so i don't think i'll be able to make it happen myself
damn!
I saw that this rom is based on the MIUI, right?!
now, if the difference between the i9500 and the i9505 is only the processor why don't you take the Prism ColorOS ROM v5, and put this kernel download646. mediafire. com/akz46i2vruzg/gy4tnpf6d064f8v/MIUI-Abyss-GT-I9505-1.6.1FSam.zip into it?! I haved this problem when I installed the MIUI ported for the i9500 that doesn't work on my i9505... maybe this is a good strating point! @AL_IRAQI PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO SOMETHING! PLEASE! :crying:

I had thought this as well but previously on Prism v1 i had asked him which base to use and got the following answer
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=47428345&postcount=163 So i've been trying to do that. The big problem is the kernel and not having the right system links in to the rom. It's not quite as simple as flashing the rom and then putting a new kernel in because of all the back end stuff unfortunately.

I had actually ended up PM'ing him for a while trying to figure it out after i settled the base issue it turned into a kernel issue then a system link issue and then i just gave up.

That's sound simply great! waiting for your news! have a good work!
Hi!
Did some1 already ported this rom for I9505??
First of all I've tried to look for the answer, but I couldn't find it.
Or maybe I'm just very bad at searching using the phone.
I'm about to buy the phone here in Taiwan.
And I'm looking at the available roms at the moment, and I see 5 different forums.
Android original dev.
Verizon dev.
Att.dev
T mobile dev.
And android dev.
I'm a little bit confused.
Since I won't use the phone in America should I just look into android original dev forum? Not many roms are available there (yet? )
Thanks!
There arnt very many roms out for this phone period as of now... im pretty sure theyll pour out when the nexus 5 comes out tho so for then were just going to have to wait and deal with cm

So will I have to look into the android original dev and android dev forum only?
What model is it? 802?
Sent from my LG-D800 using Tapatalk
I'm not sure yet, I will buy it next week.
But it will be an Asian version since I'll buy it in Taiwan.
But I think it's the 802 yes
You can look in Android development or original android development for the 802 model as the other sections are for the US models

I am sorry for the newbie question, but for someone that owns a LG-D802 what is the difference in these two sections? I mean what kind of roms go to "Android development" and what kind of roms to "Original Android development"?
thanks

Hello everyone how are you all doing
well i'v been owning a Oneplus Two for almost 1 month and i'm not fully satisfied of the whole performance of both of system and battery..
So i started exploring in Android Development section and searching for roms, the thing is most of the threads are giving warnings that the flash is at my own risk.. and it might damage my phone and stuff like that.. so and since i'm beginner in development i'm kinda scared of crashing my phone guys.. although this phone is not supported at all in my country so there is no way for a maintenance..
the thing is will installing roms have a chance to damage my phone (if i installed using right instructions) and another question.. if my phone got stuck in oneplus logo after rebooting.. what can i do? How can i reset my phone to its factory mode?
I'd be much glad and appreciative to know from you guys and thanks!
Though i'm sorry if i talked so much
