Have you tried again a rom that you know it works ok on? Could be a hardware problem.
Else try wifix app https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.fardjad.android.wifixmanager

Cannot install OTA update to 4.4.3
I have successfully installed Android 4.4.2 by JanJan on my Samsung S4 I9505. Shortly after the ROM install, I keep receiving a message that an Android update to 4.4.3 is available for download. When I download this update, I then receive a message asking to restart and install. So I accept this and expect the update to install. After the phone reboots, I check for the update version and it remains as 4.4.2.
Can you please suggest why this update is not being flashed on to my phone, and secondly, where this OTA update is coming from ?
