[Q] need help. my headset is not working!

i flash creeds rom. and do the instructions as stated. and restore it 2x just like the other member said. but when i plugged my earphone. i keeps on playing on the speaker. anyone who knows the solution? i will be very much thankful.

hey there!!!!
similar thing happend wid me last week
i installed beats audio app which did that crappy thing
i uninstalled it
flashed CWM
cleared data / cache
installed creeds v4 again nd look it was back thumping my ears on
(more technicallly i wanna say dat u need 2 repair ur audio files in system folder which were tweaked bt were nt working)

can be a hardware problem

System hardware problem bro go back to stock rom then flash the creeds rom dont forget to mount anything......creeds rom is good im using this rom alsmost 1year

Boot Sound

Hello all,
I am trying to enable my boot sound. When my phone boots up I hear no sound. I am currently running cm9 4.0.4. If anyone can help I would be thankful. Thanks.

(FIX)sound for jellybean

hello guys im new here...i jast want to help scritch for making awsum roms..so i find fix for sound in jellybean actually its not my work so i dnt take cradits thanks to atrix4g18 sound fix for jellybean on X10..i also test it on my X10 and its works..
This is the fix for Audio/Sound on any Jelly Bean ROM on any device.
JB needs this file "/system/etc/media_codecs.xml"
This file is missing, but simply copying the file there using Root Explorer or any file explorer with root access works. This does not require a permissions change. The file is not there originally so you won't be overwriting anything. I did this fix on my Atrix 4G and it worked perfectly. It is universal and will work on any Jelly Bean ROM on any device with this issue.

Steps:
- Extract "media_codecs.xml"
- Copy it to /system/etc/
- Make sure to mount system as R/W (read/write) before pasting the file
- Reboot
- Sound Fixed!

yes its just fix the sound on speaker.scritch is working on headphone jack audio

i have installed sgy toolkit.....
n beats audio using tis....
i've got another toolkit & i tried it without uninstalling first one.......
after tis beats get crashed n both toolkits are not usable......
i tried seperate beats also...but its also worthless

Did you tick Fix Permissions while installing? If you did not tick, then it will always crash.
Try again with Fix permissions checked.
If it does not work flash stock ROM from marcussmith2626's sticky thread in dev section. (If you have GT-S5360)
Then root and use SGY Toolkit V1.8 to install beats audio.
It worked for me and many more guys. Probably you are doing some step wrong.

audio/sound Problem

i tried to install viper4android but for some reason it failed.Now i dont have sound i cant listen to music no ringtone.i reflashed the rom but still the same.

no one knowS?

This doesn't happen just by trying and failing to install Viper4Android. You must've done something else. Give us more info and we'll try to help.

i was trying to install viper4android and dolby atmos i installed them but they both wasnt working i tried to reflash rom flash another rom but nothing help me
