Hello
I wanted to install flickr app on nexus 10 but google play says that it is not compatibile with gn10.
Do you maybe know how can I run original flickr app on gn10?
I installed glimmr for flickr. It is a good app but one important feature is missing. This is slideshow which runs automatically, that means no need for swipe on eeach image to get to next image.
Thank you for your answers.
Kind regards
Hello again
I found this topic:

but after I login I get white screen.
So no luck for now.
Do you have any other suggestion?
Kind regards
Which app do you use for flickr?
Does anyone here has flickr account?
To upload: Flickr Explorer. To view and comment: Glimmr

Hi All,
Just got my Nexus 7 and all I can say is I am loving it.
I have an HTC DHD phone and I wish to store my camera shots online and then view them on my Nexus 7.
What are you guys using to do this. I have a Dropbox account and have just got google drive.
I would rather not use my Dropbox as I try to keep this for work only.
I have set up a google drive and copied some photos on to is but on the android app I can see file names and would see thumbnails.
My overall vision......
Use my phone camera for taking piccies.
Back these up to a cloud (only with Wifi (setting is important for me))
View thumbnails of photos on Nexus - download if required.
Any thoughts for best option?
Google+ with Instant Upload. That's how I do it. It's automatic.
You can send photos back and forth using bluetooth

Hey guys I've been developing an app but I'm having this issue while I upload a photo through my app to my server. I click the select photo option on my app and it redirects me to the Google photos app's recent page and when I select a photo from there, it doesn't upload it. I know that I can click on the menu and select from the default android gallery. Note that selecting a photo from Google plus backup through the default gallery has the same issue.
I'd like to know if somehow I can directly select photos from the gallery app or fix the issue of selecting photos from the Google photos app.

you should learn more about how to read and interpret exceptions, cause it will be throwing one in your code. If I were a betting man, I would say you are attempting to upload a resource uri location rather than a file. So you would need to get the absolute location and name from the relevant content provider
I thought this would be easy!!
I took a picture today on top of a hill using the Cardboard App. I now want to add it to Google Maps. However, it's impossible!! There is no option to add a photo when I click on the location of the photo in Maps.
Can anyone help? Surely adding a photo taken using Google Cardboard, should be easy to add to Google Maps!!
TIA.

How to Share VR Photos on Google Maps
Thanks. However this is for creating new images not using the cardboard photo app. The cardboard photo app includes sounds and I think attempts at making things 3d. I've tried uploading them using the Street View app and it fails each time.
I hate the Facebook app and it is battery draining even though I only use the app for saving pics and uploading them. Otherwise I just use Samsung Internet and browse the Facebook mobile site. What are the other Facebook apps called that you all use and where do I download them and are they more battery friendly? Thanks in advance!
Use facebook lite.
Where do I find it? Its not in Google Play Store

I use the Sammy browser for facebook but a good one is called METAL - in play store
It does facebook and twitter
Tinfoil for Facebook
Unfortunately I can't download it because I'm in the USA.
Unfortunately I can't download Facebook Lite because I'm in the USA. Metal won't do a batch upload for pictures, I have to go and select the picture s one by one and that is time consuming and probably battery consuming where as the Facebook app I can select the 30 pictures I want from my stock gallery to upload and it uploads them. Metal also won't let me select which album I want the pictures to upload to. :/

Download it from apkmirror or somewhere on Google rather than the play store and it will work fine for you
http://www.apkmirror.com/apk/facebook-2/lite/
i use simple pro which is a paid app but it is light and regularly goes on sale.
and today its on sale too

You can also try "Swipe for Facebook". It is almost identical in functions to the FB app, and it includes the messenger app (so you don't need to download it separately).

Anyone could make it work Google Photos? I installed apk and it does not download pictures... or any recommended app to access Google Photos?
Thanks
