hello,
yesterday i was changing the rom of my u8800 and that it give me an error. i've tried to do the recorevy and it restarted.
now when I turn on my cellphone does not pass logo huawey. i've tried to put it on recovery mode (vol up + vol down and power) it stays on pink screen. when i turn the usb cable my pc doesn't have the drivers.
i've tried to search the drive in web without sucess.
can somebody help me?

Vol down + Vol up + power is for pink screen.
To go to recovery:
Vol up + power
Then you can install a rom for your sd card.

Heavier brush official firmware!
That's so helpful atleast I got into recovery mode after 2 weeks of pain. Power+vol up is the answer. Now my question is what rom do I flash.... can official 2.3gingerbread work?

Well guys, this was the stupidest thing I've done in my life. I was downgrading my L5 with CM10.1 to LG stock rom and by mistake, in KDZ Updater I choose a rom that I had for my L7.
My L5 works, but it only appears a screen with some vertical and horizontal stripes. When I turn it on, it vibrates and does the LG sound.
What can I do now? :crying:

No, I can't even get to the download mode. I push the + and the - button with the power button, but nothing happens..

Push the volume buttons down together (no power button), then plug into your USB. It should enter download mode

Nop, nothing... on my computer it only appears "LGE Android Net MTP Device"
Sometimes it's not just volumen - while connecting to usb
Try keeping down volume + and volume - to enter download mode WHILE connecting usb cable, sometimes work
take the battery out, then press and hold volume+ button, and then connect to pc while holding volume+. Hope this was helpfull.
Still nothing. I've tried everything you guys said...
Edit:: I did it. I took out the battery and then pressed the + button while connecting the USB cable. Thank's!
Now I'm getting a "Model DLL MSG Not Found" when trying to install a L5 kdz with KDZ Updater. I've reinstalled the MSXML but still nothing.

Try to start in emergency mod.
With the battery off and vol down connect to the pc. See if start on emergency mode. Can t remember if it vol down, try up too

The solution was volume down key and put the USB cable to enter in recovery mode. It worked and I flashed the proper ROM
Hi guys! I have a problem. Today I was trying to install cyanogenmod on my friend's lg l5. He said me he has just rooted and locked BL on that phone but he hadn't already the CWM. So I searched guides to install it and I found that I could install it through ROM Manager. I have installed this app and then installed recovery. That app said me that the process had been fine. So I restart to enter recovery mode by pressing volume - anf power and then the central button but it didn't work. The phone restarted normally but it was hardly resetted? Why is happened?? I can't enter in recovery mode, I need help please

The phone running on, do you pressed de volume- anf power and the home button?
If yes, you do wrong.
The correctly mode is press the same buttons, with the phone off, as you were turning on the phone.

The first time I used the function "restart in recovery mode" of ROM Manager but it didn't work. The second time I turned off my phone and then pressed the buttons but didn't work yet
try vol + and power button, it will go in CWM
vol - & power = hard reset
vol + & power = cwm
vol +&- & usb cable = download mode

ok I did it right.. but it doesn't work, the phone restart normally I'll try reinstalling cwm
there are 6 days from now...l have no recovery,download or fastboot mode...only this fu**ing LG logo...l can use adb commands on windows 8.1 but it not help very much because my device is not rooted and and can't run adb shell( device read-only error)...all l have to do is to root the phone, BUT HOW..I've tried manualy install root to get adb shell work...no chance...l have another laptop with ubuntu,but this time my device is attached offline on ubuntu terminal...HELP!I dont know what to do:crying:

Which phone? Asking for help with zero info on what you're using and what you've done isn't likely to illicit much.
Just do a full reset (from power on) and then flash stock kdz.

Press and hold power button until it turns off. Then press and hold power button and volume down then power button thrice

l can't turn it off with power button...when l press it my device restart and lget LG logo..l can turn it off only if l pull the battery out.....tried this trick with physical button ....but it doesn't work:crying:

l send my phone to LG service 2 day ago and they contact me today....bad news: my phone can not boot to the end and can't be recognized by any device(original LG tools and cables etc.) to be repaired.l have to send it back...... where the phone was purchased(Singapore)
I feel bad for you but hope you've learn a lesson, read more and more and more before doing anything to your phone. If you don't know or not sure or unclear, don't go for it yet.
Anyway, still under warranty?

No warranty...and believe me that l always read before making something wrong with my phones...bad luck....my last hope it could be jtag solution but is expensive..
To switch off your phone. Hold the power button about 10 second. you will see screen completely black, or unplug your battery.
To do hardware reset for F320L. Press and hold power+ volume-, when LG logo appear release power button only and press power again. You can see Hard reset mode.
After that, if your phone still not reboot. Try to flash KDZ or TOT in download mode.
To access download mode : Press volume- and plug your phone to PC
If you can not access download mode. plug your phone to computer and check what driver you have in device manager. If you got only Qusb-Bulk. Its bricked completely.
If you plug your phone to Windows and got a lot of message come up to format it. press cancel and don't format it. then follow :http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2582142

with buttons combinations l can not get DL or recovery mode... driver shows LG Phone device in windows device manager...before, the led was flashing red but now is green all the time with LG logo on display...l send it to LG service in my country and they told me my device doesn't comunicate with repair tools..they haven't support for korean version, only europeans models....with windows 8.1 l can use adb commands but can't root the phone to use adb shell(root),so without root no chance to do something....with ubuntu 13.10(use wubi to get dual boot) l can see in terminal serial number but my phone appears to be OFFLINE...so no chance to do something with this method.....there is not support for LG G2 jtag....l'm depressed...3 weeks with no hope

when l'm using VRoot app ad ex....this app recognized my device lg g2 f320L , but the software is from F320s..so this avoid warranty...solution is to change the motherboard...but it is 250 fuc''g euros

This is the only way to replace your build.prop file to change F320s to F320L

When you hold power button it reboots, but if you continue to hold it, it will shut itself down.
It's this way on LG G2 D802 and should be the same on yours.
When it's shut down, hold volume down and then power, when you see the LG Logo release the buttons and hold again volume down and power button. This should get you to recovery...
Try it like this?
I play around with my G2 alot and I have had the LG logo issue several times.
I use PhilZ Touch Recovery and TWRP to backup valuable files.
PhilZ Recovery with AROMA File Manager and if that isn't set up I use TWRP Recovery.
You need a USB OTG connector for this...

no way to go to recovery or DL mode with physical buttons...when l hold down and power after l see LG logo ,my phone shows on display only chinese charaters....with power and volulme up + insert usb my phone shows download mode on display but it's not the really DL mode

Try this for getting to download mode it worked for me:
1.) don't push any buttons, just plug phone into computer using usb cable
2.) push and hold power button + volume up button
3.) do not let go when you see LG logo, continue holding
4.) after a few seconds you should be in download mode

there should be a way of doing it through linux???

I tryed to port the slimbean rom from p705 by IMER to e610.
swaped all the needed files. Changed all files in build.p to e610 from p700.
did every thing corectly. So i enterd cwm and did a full whipe system/data/cach/delvic.
I installed the zip. And i gut stuck at bootloader with lg logo.
i tried to ge in to recovery agen but the phone didnt start. I tried holding vol down + menu and conecting to my charger. But just got back to lg logo agen.
It wont go in to download mode eather when i hold vol down.
or hold vol down and conect to my charger.
But when i conect to my charger and hold vol up i get a white screen.
Does any one know how to fix this problem?

Try this, from phone off.
Press power and volume down.
When hardware button lights up, press menu.
Release power button, when LG logo appears.
Viola your in recovery.

Hmm i realy didnt know you ported it, or i didnt find it.
Well now i have to figure out how to un brick it.
Btw, any one know how i can revive my device if kdz fails?

Use vol - and vol + simultaneously and plug into PC..
It should hopefully go into download mode!
As for recovery, try brute force (different combinations with volume, home, back, menu and power keys)

Hold vol up and down at the same time then hold powee as soon as the lg logo shows up let go of power and keep holding vol up and down and quickly press menu. It will get you to recovery.
If that wont work then remove battery and then hold up and down and as soon as the lg logo apears hold menu.
Try it a few times it will work.
