T-Mobile Reps?

Is anyone that's a member here at XDA currently affliliated with T-mobile? I ask this because I am one of the unlucky few who did not make the cut this morning and recieve their fresh HD2... =(
Either way.. if someone here who works for T-Mobile can accurately tell me when you guys are planning to restock, it would greatly be appreciated and I'm sure other members here would like to hear this info as well.. Thanks

well you get $100-150 for switching from a carrier to tmobile.
the winmobile deal is a authorized tmobile deal, but only via phone sales at that number

I work for T-Mobile and I can tell you that even at our flagship location (where I work) we only recieved 20 units. There was very little stock in the initial shipment, I will know more on Friday when I go into work. I'll check back here and if you havent posted anything I'll let you know what I find. Obviously stock will depend on where you are but in general I would say, keep calling the stores in your area and ask to be placed on a call back sheet.
If you are switching over, I can assure you the rep you speak with WILL call you back (if s/he values their paycheck ) I know I would!
They should have a signup sheet for HD2s (We do in our store...)

I switched from ATT to T-Mobile online with no problems. Was not after any of the discounts really though so going in makes sense if thats what you want.

does not say tmobile dealers. The quote is "offer not available at authorized T-Mobile retail stores"
when you call the number it is tmobile's telesales. well i tried to save you $50 more on the phone but i guess that failed

oh well if this helps. I got my phone in store for $199.99 called the number listed and got the $50 credit honored on my account. if that helps any.

Did you check authorized dealers like Radio Shack or Walmart? Minneapolis area is sold out at T-Mo stores but radio shack still had one last night. Also if you have a new account Radio Shack said they had better deals.

How to order from Amazon.de and ship to UK?

First of all sorry if this is the wrong section but the Q&A looked more like Note related question rather than ordering assistance.
I am trying to order from Amazon.de and have it shipped to the UK, tried and almost succeeded when i ordered it, a case and a host USB lead. It said it had shipped (all of it) last week but soon after i received an email saying that the Note could not be shipped do to weight problems?
So now i have been screwed on the shipping for the extras and they wont send me the phone, have tried several times but when i get to confirming the order it says the same thing about electronic goods.
My question is for anyone in or around the UK that has received a note from Amazon.de how on earth did you do it lol i have tried emailing and phoning them since i have a German speaker in the house who can help out but nothing back yet in over 5 days

Sadly i have tried that just the note on its own gets the the confirmation section before saying it cannot be shipped to my chosen address (mainland UK) funny thing is i have already had several items from amazon.de throughout the year including some very expensive items and very inexpensive items.
Really want the Note but i refuse to pay the prices some users think are fair in the UK especially for used models, i mean £500 for a USED item when i can get it for £350 :s

Yes the UK prices are a rip off as are the contract prices which is why i went to amazon.de. I must have been lucky as that was my first ever purchase from there.

I successfully placed an order for a white Note via Amazon.de on Tuesday last week and received it without any issues on Friday ...

I wonder if they've got wind of people ordering it to save a fortune and put an end to it. I got mine from Amazon.de at the beginning of January for just 410 Euros. It arrived at my house the following day and bizarrely enough even though it came with a Euro mains plug it was shipped via City Link and came from Milton Keynes.

I'm not sure why anyone is now ordering through German amazon as the price is now €564 around £475 but UK price is now £519 so for £45 more you get UK delivery and UK warranty. . I was gonna order from Germany but due to sgreen problems chose UK and I'm glad I did cos first note had a really bad screen and amazon replaced it and paid for return postage

Right i went away and tried a few different addresses just in case it was the layout of the address that was messing with the system. Tried 5 different addresses from around the country (friends) and two business addresses (my current and previous) with no luck but i am now thinking it has something to do with what Lakota suggested? as i ordered about £3000 in goods from them before Christmas?
And with a discount i get normally it would mean i would get the Note from from them for around about £350 DELIVERED that's the only reason i am trying to push for this.
Would anybody mind logging into amazon.de and trying to purchase a note for a test? i get as far as choosing an address when it fails so nowhere near checkout? it would make things clear or at least solve an issue because if someone from the UK can still do it, it has to be a problem with the storage of my addresses thats causing the problem.

Yup mine is a brand new white Note ... Amazon.de are showing as having 11 in stock at the moment ...

mine was ordered on the 7th and came on the 9th. you can email custmer service or call them with number given on same webpage. i had to call them a couple of times for replacement. ist ***** hung up on me cause i couldnt speak german. next chap was nice and helpful but phone was out of stock so advised only refund after i sent phon ebcak. but phone worked fine after software update so didnt send it back. having some issues with sd card though, dont know if it is the card as phone works fine without card.
since i had enquired in my email if available for delivery to uk a week or so ago and to let me knw when in stock as i wanted to buy one more note. they emailed me last week saying 1-2 week lead time for delivery to uk so they did get more stock unless they ran out of it again. and yes it was for the black/blue note and not the costlier white one.
call them to sort out your probs. 2 people i spoke to at amazon.de customer service spoke ok english and were helpful but one ***** hung up on me cause i didnt speak german.
wtf yesterday was showing as 503euros now today showing 70euros more!

i didnt call her a ***** because she couldnt speak english. it was because she didnt pass me on to their english speaking colleagues who deal with international customers bearing in mind i called their separate number for international customers (excluding german, swiss or austrians who have a separate free call back number from amazon.de) at my cost on a number they provide for international customers like me.
if you take the time to amazon.de customer services contact us page, and use the option for phone contact, they will call you for free if you are in germany, switzerland or austria. but for other countries they give another number international customers can call. You are the twunt if you expect a company that gives a separate number for international customers to call from outside germany / austria / switzerland but still speak only german. jerk.
for your information they do have customer service operators that speak english and i spoke to two of them who were good. they also have reps who write back to you in engish and they wrote back to me in english. and they wrote back to me in english by email informing me of new stock as i wanted to buy another note.

why because they allow me to use my uk account name and passowrd to buy from that website with delivery to the Uk and EU wide warranty and they do have reps thats speak and write english, all that ***** had to do was forward me to one instead of hanging up. Right I finally got an email back claiming to not know why I can't order a new note (while in stock) and when I asked why I couldn't order from their warehouse they said they do not ship from warehouses to the uk? I would have though most products make that leap?
Anyway with the prices becoming stupid I guess I will just pass in the note for now since it was going to be replacing my half dead optimistic 2x but it looks like I will be holding on a while longer lol

Ok so I heard about this site when I contacted a guy who was selling his galaxy s4 on kijiji for 550$. Unfortunately, he said that he already sold it but told me that he bought it from kmax-store and said that I could also buy one from them... But I don`t really have proof that he really bought it there so I think I'll just wait for someone else to order and make a review of the site or something.

Guess what? Same story here. The same guy told me on kijiji montreal that I can get one at kmax. Got to be scam!!

Ok show us proof/papers from that website.
Just blurr out your name/address and imei number.
Untill someone legit here can confirm that site is safe, i highly recommend to stay away from it.

Yesterday I was going through the checkout process just to see what kind of payment method was available. Once I saw there was no paypal and a weird money transfer to a bank I knew that something was wrong so I didn't pay. Now look what I received today in an e-mail from the store:

[Q] Pink Note 3 Availability

Any information on availability of the Pink Galaxy Note 3?
Just wondering if anyone's heard anything... I figured that since Samsung said it would release it initially with the three colors that they would all three be available, but I keep reading places where it says not to hold your breath. Of course, everyone seems to just be copying the same articles with no real new information.

I am not quite sure, but if you go to negrielectronics dot com you will see that they offer the pink color for pre orders.

Most people know it now after Erica (angelofmusic) mentioned and praised it in her in depth reviews.

Thanks for your trust, lol. I've been coming to this forum for years but was never a member. I am really thankful for all the great things the members have accomplished here. It just happens that I've researched the note 3 quite well and I want to help others as well. And the reason why I use the dot com format is because I am a new member and couldn't post links then.

I honestly have no clue, I merely pointed out that some store its offering the pink version, I have never ordered anything from negrielectronics.com, Amazon will probably offer the pink version eventually, and they do shop internationally. But maybe by then it will already be available where you are.

Negri is not mine
I wish it was, but I have no clue who it belongs to

I was mainly trying to see if there was information on carrier availability in the US....
It's not an option for Verizon to buy a carrier unlocked version since it also runs on CDMA bands.

why is negri so much cheaper than handtec? what's the difference between t mobile and handtecs version?

handtec is more expensive because of the VAT. But keep in mind that if you are importing the device (not to some specific European countries) you do not pay the VAT( which is 20% of the original price) so the price drops from $941 (with VAT) to $784(excluding international shipping). All in all, you'll end up paying the same price as negri.
As for specs, the handtec note 3 will most likely not work with t-mobile's network. Usually European devices work on AT&T's 3G band and not T-mobile's. Also, 4G will most likely not work with AT&T as well unless the rumors about the Note 3 ,with the Qulacomm snapdragon 800 processor, being able to work with all 4G bands turn out to be true.

No such list exists. However if you go to individual region specific samsung websites (found http://www.samsung.com/pr), you can generally get an idea if the region has it...
Basically any market that uses the international version (N9005 & N900) CAN have it... as of right now.
EX:

HTC Champions is offering carrier employees a m9 at $299 off contract

HTC has a program called Champions for employees of carrier retail stores. They are offering them a M9 at $299 off contract. Furthermore if they buy a M9 from the discount program they can trade it in for the next One at no extra charge with their "One for Life" program. My store wasn't listed, but it's a small mom and pop shop that IS an authorized T-Mo dealer. Hope I'm able to be considered and that it isn't closed to only those who work at the retail stores.

I wish I was working at a carrier retail store. Ugh maybe next time... Wondering if a friend who works there can do the favor for none workers?

These deals are generally restricted to corporate retail stores by the phone manufacturers as they do actually verify that you're eligible before allowing you to make the purchase. Could be different for this deal but I'm assuming it's not.

I am a member of HTC champions. there is a strict verification policy to ensure that you are a corporate retailer employee. The community is meant to help dealers learn about HTC and interact with other corporate employees.

Did you use your work email if you have one? Just wanted to make sure cuz I just used my personal email to sign up but I dont know if they use the corporate email to verify or anything (I have one if they need it). And would you mind saying how long it took for you to get verified?

I went to the Montclair, New Jersey HTC event on 4-9 to pick up mine.

I should really get a part time job at a store so I can get these kind of perks. I sell enough phones usually just by talking to people about phones and helping them decide then some of these sales reps I usually school any of the young sales reps that try to help me when I'm in a store.. I actually cut into one guy's sale at AT&T because he was telling this customer sh** that just was false and set him straight real fast.. haha

Are we sure this is US only? I really hope not. I'm Canadian and my store was listed when I signed up... It even allows Canadian addresses (listing provinces and allowing postal codes, etc). I'd be deeply disappointed if we're left out of this. Does anyone know?

Sorry for the long response time.
I pretty sure that you have to set it up through your work email. You just find your store in the list and I think you also get verified with your work email.
I'm not too sure how long it took to verify but on the discount page it mentioned that if you recently created an account, it could take up to 2-3 days to process if you just started as it's a different website that you buy from and separate from HTC Champions.
I set up HTC champions well over a year ago and kind of fuzzy on the exact details but use your work email for everything HTC and you will be fine.

So that's the time you might have to wait and I honestly don't see this selling out quickly as it's not a very popular phone.

Judging by the content of your post history and your impatience I would bet you're someone who doesn't work at a carrier store, who got into Champions, got an order in and are now waiting to see if they will actually ship it or if you will get busted and it be cancelled... If that's not the case I apologize but if that is the case (which I would think someone who worked at a carrier store would be more knowledgeable than the content and questions you've asked in your posts.. for example.. asking if the GS5's all had yellow screens or if it was just yours.. if you had worked in a carrier store you could have compared it to many others in stock or that you sold) then I hope you do get busted and the order doesn't ship. I didn't post this for people to take advantage.. I posted it for legit carrier employees who might not even know about the program... Again.. If I'm wrong I apologize.

Bad day at work? Or you had a case of the Mondays? What ever it maybe and judging for your post and tone it looks like you're taking out your frustion on me. If you have a problem with I said you should PM me instead of trying to publicly humiliating me on XDA.
Now the reason why I ask is because I know someone who works at a ATT and was able to convice him to order one for me since he is part of HTC champion. Since you made this thread for people who work in retail carrier stores, I figured I would ask
for example.. asking if the GS5's all had yellow screens or if it was just yours..

Going through your post history you answered a similar question on how your HTC m9 screen was "green" and it was the resullt of glue? How did you know this? What is your evidence?

Ordered mine yesterday morning... got a shipping notification last night .

Bought a M9 from a ATT employee today. $495. Great deal. Since they make a $200 profit
