64GB microSDXC Compatibility - Xperia Play General

Not sure if this has been asked in the Xperia PLAY section, but I was thinking of purchasing a SanDisk Mobile Ultra 64GB microSDXC Flash Card for my Xperia PLAY. Is my device compatible with this microSDXC flash card?

I confirm that it works. I have a same SDXC UHS 1 san disk 64GB card at home and have it in my phone for about 6 months. Now I have 128 GB

I've had mine for about 6 months now too. Works great. 64gb not 128......

there's no such thing as 128 gig microsd. They weren't released (developed) yet. I have a full fledged 128 gig SD card: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2188100

Oh okay, that's what I thought and that's why I said that it was nutz! xD

Any 64gb microsdxc will work?

[Q] MicroSDXC on HD2

Hi,
is someone using a MicroSDXC on HD2.
There is a good change that it will work also on a HD2 see:
http://www.androidnz.net/2011/09/sandisk-64gb-micro-sdxc-cards-confirmed.html
Please no speculations, just answer if you have experience with MicroSDXC cards on a HD2.
Thanks
It should work. I heard the HD2 will support up to 128GB, but there is no such card yet
hello,
Is there someone who tested 64 or 128 GB SDXC, on HD2?

Samsung 32gb class 10 here. It's the fastest sd card on the Earth and the 32 GB are just enough for me. Since I can't install apps on it, I never had more than 7 GB used.

I bought that one and a USB 3.0 microsdxc card reader that supports UHS-1 speeds. While, the s4 will supposedly work with their own card, you won't get the higher read/write speeds on the s4, but you will on your pc.
Sort of a pain to take the card out and stick it in the usb 3 card reader, but for 64gb and you're trying to transfer large video files - may be easier, I suppose
I am wanting to buy a 64gb memory card and have looked at san disk however I have had one which corrupted on my note 2 so am concerned.
Has anyone used the 646gb sandisk class 10 with the new s4 ??

Same here, I had 2 Sandisk SD cards 32GB and both of them got corrupted on MY S3, I don't know is was a bad production or not but the truth is that is very disappointing.
Some people say that rooting phones corrupts the SD card forever, Dunno is its true, Any way I think i will give it a shot on sandisk again for my new S4.
Peace :good:

LENOVO IDEATAB LYNX K3011: Can i install 64 GB microSD?

I have bought this tablet. In spec it writes microsd up to 32 gb. I want to install maximum storage. If i install 64 gb will it see it or not? Thanks,..
All the documents I have seen state it to be an SDXC slot which means it should read upto 2 terabyte cards if such things existed.
If it is however just an SDHC slot (which I doubt but then I have seen weirder things happen) it may either not read the card at all or read just 16gb of it, depends on what drivers and hardware are in use.
If it supports 32GB, it'll take more as well, I'm sure. My phone said it would only support up to 32 but took a 64GB card quite happily. My guess is just that at the time the spec sheet was written, 32GB was the best available. Stupidly short-sighted to write it that way, though; as 6677 points out, the SDXC spec allows for truly massive cards.
Thanks both.. I also believed the same but needed some verification..

[Q] Is our Spice Dream Uno supports SDHC cards?

Hi all,
I just wanna know, is the spice mi-498 supports micro SDHC cards? because i am thinking to buy one 16GB card for my mobile.
Any ideas? I browsed a lot, can't find the solid and trusted solution.
Thanks,

I know it says that it's limited to 128gb, but has anyone been successful with a 200gb card?

i had an xperia play which said it would support up to 32GB. put in a 64 GB card and it worked. very likely it's the same case with the A7.
I have the samsung note pro 12.2 and it says its limited to 64gb microsd, popped in a 256 gb and it works perfectly. You should try it, most likely would work!
EDIT: googled around, and found that 128 gb cards use the SDXC technology, same as the 200 gb cards, so it should work! SDXC can theoritically go up to 2TB So we are covered.

Yes. I use the 200gb SanDisk card that I got from my v10 promotion and it works just fine.
