[Q] How to downgrade Lg gt540 from 4.0.4 to 2.3.6

Hello friends,
I am using IceCream Swift on my lg Gt540. I wanna down grade it to 2.3.6 or lower. Coz this 4.0.4 cyanogen mod 9 version is very slow , and hanging up the phone.. Phone is also working and responding very slow. So Please help me how to get back to 2.3.6. please check the images to know complete details about my phone..

I would suggest using miro's AOSP or SDSL or leoposas Zoe rom if u don't mind 2.3.7. There are both recovery and fastboot versions so use the method you feel comfortable with. Flash them the same way you did 4.0.4

Can u tell me how to do that.. I dnt have ant files to do that. I don't have any backups also.

I found the solution.... Thanx for the reply bro... I installed Zoe Rom. Its damn god.. working very fast.:laugh::laugh::laugh:

simply dowload zoe rom and install through CMW

I say bump.
Since the new ROMs for e610 all seem to have a mic bug when using external stereo plugged in, I'm building from 4.1.2 stock jb.
Back to the dev board.

I think cwm for lg p700 and p705 are the same. Just try.

when i try install p705 rom.. then error.. bt p700 rom are install well..

If you install ROM for p700 on your p705 then you should remove NFC using Universal NFC destroyer right after flashing the Rom cause NFC will drain your battery faster.

That's true. This is when you flash a P700 ROM on a P705.

I had a problem once that said my phone was a P700 and it could not install the P705 ROM, something like "This package is for "p705" devices; this is a "P700". To fix that, install CWM recovery 6.0.4.8 for P705 here : http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2747298 and you will be able to flash your P705 ROM correctly.

Well im having problems installing roms on my L7 but im using slimbean 4.1.2 by @tudorsirb the final 3.1.0 build, i just replaced some apps in system like added lates Nova launcher and file manager (explorer) and apollo.
And its so smooth and stable, im sticking with it.
So i cant recommend any other roms.

actualy it was originaly made for L5 and yes it is one of the best 4.1.2 roms.
also if some one is interested why the L7 rom in not updated, the reason is it lags to much, but i did post the SBP update for p705 in the q&a section of the rom
Also rom was made by @Plamb1r and made functional on L7 by me

How to OVERCLOCK P715 (l7 ii dual)? (already Rooted)

Hi, I searched everywhere but i couldn't find any way to OVERCLOCK the cpu of lg optimus l7 ii p715. Can u please tell how to do it? My phone is installed v20 official kitkat (unofficially rooted) firmware and cwm installed. I know how to use the lg tool,blahblah. Its such a shame if u cant cuz even a tiny samsung galaxy y can be overclocked from 800mhz to 1.2 ghz easily.
