How to lock to network?

Hi to all. I want to lock (not unlock!!!) Motorola Acer phones to network. Who can help and advice. Manu thanks for ur ideas.

hey friends i flashed my phone to 2.80 hspl...so now can i flash custom roms or m i missing something...can something pls give me some instructions as i'm a noob and reading posts made me more dumb

Yes, i did as it said... and i got my ROM from there too
ah well, i didn't submit this post yet, anyways, tried again today morning and got my phone work again

trying to flash custom ROM, do all as i should do, still gives me stock ROM, what's the problem?
