This ROM packs all the tweaks/features from the Guru ROM into one. , All-In-One !!!!

The ProBAM KitKat update from Google contains a lot of other minor changes, apart from the huge jump in camera performance.
Below is a quick list of all the changes that Google has included in Android 4.4.x KitKat features for all the devices -:
There are a lot of small bug-fixes and minor UI tweaks that should please Nexus users.
The Camera app has sped up considerably post the update.
There are some bug-fixes related to ART as well. This allows Whatsapp to work with the ART runtime.
The default email client not syncing with an exchange server bug has also been fixed.
Immersive mode breaking while adjusting the volume level bug has been fixed.
The new ‘Photos’ app is now the default Gallery app.
There is a slight improvement in benchmark performance .

Installation instructions so If installing for the first time:
To install this ROM you will need to have an unlocked bootloader and a custom Recovery such as TWRP or ClockWorkMod installed
Copy the downloaded ProBAM to your phone.
update recovery, is required for install android kitkat click here
Boot into your recovery
Back up your ROM
Enter recovery
Make full wipe "included "system"
[*] Select Recommended kernel for first install
Install the ROM
[*] install GAPPS package
Reboot - the first boot can take up to 2 minutes
Recommended to Reboot again after ROM is up for the first time

FAQ and Know issues:

Probam samsung kernel support boeffla sound engine , so you can install it from this link and enable speaker tunning
when probam in black turn on , the systemui make force close
try to switch off black ui then restart and try enable it again
after dirty flash the device hangs and systemui make force close
you need to make wipe all and clean cache and make fresh install in this case
when try video recoding the device freeze or slow down
screen video record with ondemand or pegasusq governors u will have a laggy recorded video. If you try with performance governor from performance in settings , then the video will be a lot smoother.
Camera crashing some times and not works anymore "camera not connected"
the rom included an small application "camera restart" you can use it for fix this issue
titanium recovery not restore my applications
For those who cannot find their previous files, because CM based rom will target the sdcard storage to use root/0/ directory.
So normally all the files besides the root/0/ directory will not be shown on the file explorer.
To solve this, you will need a file browser that has ROOT capability, eg. Root Explorer
then go to mnt/shell/emulated/ all your file should be here.
Now move all the files into mnt/shell/emulated/0/ folder.
Should solve the problem.
Privacy guard IS working?
after enabling privacy guard in security settings
you have to switch to settings>apps and then choose to enable or disable each app individually.
I'm sure nobody would want to tick every single app, that would almost be the same as enabling airplane mode.

Erm, Goo.im is fast?
I am able to download it in 5 minutes with 500 Kb/s

Just to be perfectly clear on install... I am running the latest TWRP for the Find5.
Do I need the update recovery tool that's linked? Do I need to pull the kernel out of the zip and install that first... or, as with all other ROM's (other than ColorOS), can I just install the zip?

Won't work :/ says it's "unnable to connect to the camera"
Apart of this issue the ROM is great, love HALO2. Seems quite stable for now
EDIT : I had 2 crash after trying to close the game "Clash of Clans" the phone freezes and reboot.

Installed, and clear cache of the app, still having the same issue "can't connect to the camera"

So I tried to flash this last night and it failed. Md5 matches my dl. I dont get the "flash recommended kernel". Where's this kernel?

If it failes make sure you have the latest recovery, I used TWRP modded by maxwen it went without issues. About the kernel, I have no idea either, but I suppose it means you must not use random picked kernels

The install instructions, IMHO, are a bit confusing.
The first line has a link to a tool that says it's required, yet the tool is only for installing TWRP or CWM as recovery. My assumption is, if you already have the latest TWRP installed, this tool is then not required.
I 'think' by selecting the kernel, it's actually selecting the zip for the ROM? Kernel's, from what I recall, aren't / can't be installed from recovery anyway... rather these are installed via fastboot. I may be mistaken, but I think all that needs to be done is making sure you have the latest version of TWRP, and that you wipe then install the zip.
/EDIT- Okay, I stand corrected on Kernels... I guess all ROMs include a kernel, and those are patched when the ROM is laid down... still, with no link to a kernel, I would guess one is included and therefore no kernel work needs to be done.

Until now...everything is good...except..i had to flash modem 4.1 normal stuff.. the camera doesnt work..a detected small bugs.. not a big deal..except the camera

I'm using Max's modded twrp too. I've been running omni since day one so shouldn't be a recovery problem.

No no no! It's the second time you give us this link, our Phone is not a samsung device.
I tryed a second time anyway in case it as a different link/file but still, I installed it, even cleared my dalvik cache, it still fails, same error.

no this build works with all devices and not like previous one

Better hint for titanium is to use (root explorer) and change permissions of /mnt/emulated/0
you do need to redo this after reboot.
Killed me for a week trying to work out how with my nexus 7 when it got kitkat, same story on the DHD, ditto the S4a with cm11...

I still have a stock Rom yet but unlocked and with root access.

installed this rom and straight away there is an update: aosb_kk_1.3.2_jfiltexx.zip
but trying to install this with cwm results in

the phone doesnt actually crash, rather it becomes very unresponsive during the download... you have to wait maybe 3 minutes between pressing the on button, and the screen turning on , and then it is more waiting before it registers your swipe on the screen
and even if you do finish downloading it, the update will not install because it is an unmodified jfiltexx rom, and will detect the phone as a jactiveltexx and quit with a status 7 error

Would the developer be updating this rom to the latest version. I have tried all the roms on my active I think this one is the best.
I have one issue though I can not get into developer options. If I press it settings will just close down

Due to circumstances I currently have 2 phones. This active and an LG G2. In the G2 is currently my SIM and I'm experimenting with this one. I flashed this ROM on top off a 4.3.1 based ROM without deleting the data partition. I also installed gapps, because it said so in the instructions on the first page.a later post said it is not necessary. What is it?
It also says it has an update, but when I want to flash it, it says it's for an i9505.
I think I will delete the data partition next and see how it works then.
Thanks for the efforts. Maybe I will keep this phone instead of my LG G2.
That one is now on 63% battery after 23 hours....

I'm presenting you a thread for ported KK [4.4.4] ROMs from (P7500/P7510), these ports aren't quite unstable yet
These ROMs are still in the BETA phase [even for p4], so they aren't ready yet for daily use,

although I should mention that Nameless ROM is way better than Omni.
Many users were porting these ROMs by themselves, but for example porting the new (3/10) release of Namless ROM [using the normal way]
is crashing repeatedly with com.android.phone and will make your tablet useless, I managed to solve this [thanks to kasper_h], also I fixed offline battery charging glitches:fingers-crossed:

Personally I prefer [and have tested] the minimal Gapps package, it is the best

Will try it out ASAP. OMNI pave the way but Nameless is by far much faster.
So far this is what I got. Installed right over the previous version of Nameless without wipe. Have to reinstalled the Xposed (expected).
Works:
- 3G
- Wifi
- Wifi Location
- GPS
- Camera (front and back)
Not Working:
- Voice Calls (partially, headphone is OK, tablet microphone does not)
Not tried:
- Bluetooth
- ART (using Xposed so can't do it)
Issues: (Asides from the issues reported from the Nameless P4 thread)
- SystemUI crashes once at after each reboot when using Xposed framework but managed to come back right away and things seems to work OK.
- Lockscreen rotation does not observe the rotation lock flag
- Maps direction is 180 degrees off.

I have a Galaxy Tab 8.9 and I use it mostly for playing music right now, so if I can help with the development let me know

Nameless ROM is more stable, although you might have system UI force close once every boot
[it is also happening in the latest build on p4 thread, not a problem with my port]
Omni ROM has tons of features and currently there is no force close in it
so the choice is yours, another thing to mention though, users like Nameless more than Omni [all of them will advise you to use Namless]

I did a quick test by doing dirty upgrade over the last omni build. Was very slow after bootup for about 5 minutes but after that has been excellent. It is noticeably better than omni in terms of speed and smoothness. Still running dalvik mode as I have xposed installed, but going to remove it and try changing to art mode.
I have had the FC mentioned in the OP but recovers and can get back into settings ok.
Only really minor issue so far is on the lock screen, when there are notifications underneath the unlock button, I cant press the button. Its the notification that gets selected.
Great work with this rom. This may stop me going back to your modified stock ICS build.

Hmmm, you should send any file manager to your tab through Bluetooth, then install it
I mean I didn't remove anything when I ported the ROM so it is default in Nameless ROM that it doesn't have file manager
and it's kinda hard to reupload the ROM again, maybe in the next build.
So if bluetooth way doesn't work for some reason, I can make you a flashable zip to install a file manager

yeah , you are right.
i have omni now!
why :
1.nameless was better than omni in some sections , and had very well charge.
2.name less was smooth and gread in every section!
3.nameless browser had broken for me!
4.nameless had some other greade extra than omni.
1.omni is smoother than namelees for me.
2.omni dont have any bug!
3.omni support more thing and have some good ...
4.omni is more better for me!
5.i dont know why , but i have joy with it.
6.i think its the best rom that i have seen ever.
but it is my idea!

Same here, I use the minimal Gapps of @BaNkS.
Some observations using this ROM:
1. HD videos stutter (youtube & mx player) same as on the P4
2. screen flickers on some games like PVZ2, etc. even candy crush
3. wifi & 3g, gets broken sometimes (keeps on searching, disconnect, then afterwhile connect)
4. auto-brightness seems off or rather delayed. not as responsive as stock
5. skype video call not working (no video at all). maybe an issue with skype?
Overall, this is still better than omni. Next time will test OC, ART and scripts.

I've noticed that the tab is not entering deep sleep. There are two wakelocks that are on too much: tx_hsic and wlan_rx_wake.

You're getting tx_hsic wakelocks? HSIC wakelocks are related only to 3g models, so maybe kernel used was for P7500 since you can use P7500 kernel for P7510. As for wlan_rx_wake, try to turnoff wifi or set tab to flight mode.

oh well.. looks like ill have to download these roms an see whats wrong for myself .... ill do thatat uni tomorrow seems like an issue with non-stock based roms or de-odexed(most likely) thanks for the reports anyway ill try my best to fix.. im no pro dev but ill try could you please post you systemui and framework-res folders ? would be a great help ?

haha thanks for that .. well at least thats how i got to know it doesnt wokk.. should be able to fix it if i got the apk's and my internet at homes super slow now so i cant download till tomorrow.....

It works great on xtrasmooth 2.5.2 and just one thing the fonts is not visible enough it should be a bit darker plz fix that!!!

currently working on that should be fixed soon hopefully by thursday .. i got exams till wedesday
i am also working on a fix for deodexed custom roms got it running... need a few more tweaks and should be done

Over the summer, i was also a first timer into this whole themeing game.. I learned a lot through trial and error and a lot of people liked what i was doing (mostly over in the Rasta thread community since thats where i based my theme off of).. I was going to get back into it after school was over to do it for Lollipop (school ends Friday :victory so Ill have time to theme again :highfive:
But outstanding work, sir! I'll flash and see if it'll work on the Lollipop builds ive had my eye on..

ORIGINALLY based on CyanogenMod but not even close to being a CM base at this, this ROM is PACKED FULL of features from the wonderful custom ROM teams we have all come to know and love. This ROM is at a very stable and mature state at this point but I will continue to update frequently as things progress along even further into Lollipop and more features become available but GOOD LUCK trying to find features we don't support. I currently run this on my Tab, but I didnt release that one because of an issue with the kernel, I had to check with the dude that codes this on the fix, once I got the fix, I tested it by just building the kernel and injecting
it with twrp, all works. The green light is a go. So now recompiling with the fix. I also have this on as a secondary rom on my LG G3 D851.. I tell you one thing, With This rom you dont need Xposed....
I didnt build this rom, But I talk to the dude that does all the coding just about everyday.. Only reason im porting it over here because I think you all would like this rom.
Hopefully I will have it posted later today........ As long as I dont get any compile errrors that will abort the mission.
Well ill check back in later................

I had an unlocked T805 also. I sold it because of that very reason, and it was kinda useless to me anyhow..

Updated: Still had kernel issues, But what I did for the workaround fix was use a prebuilt kernel from RR(Resurrection Remix) and resigned the Zip.
This is only temp, Till Problem is fixed, What happend is, No External SD Card would show up. So I had to inject a prebuilt kernel.
If anyone has used my ROM Resurrection Remix, you know about the few bugs, With this rom, All that is working.
There is a small crazy bug that I do know of, The recent apps hardware button, sometimes goes crazy or doesnt display correctly.
Workaround would be to use the softkeys..........
Anybugs, Send logs so that I can forward them to @rogersb11 who is the creator of this rom.
Also, I want to thank @nvertigo67 for allowing me to use his kernel...

...this means the ROM wouldn't work with our stock T800 LP kernel?

Just flashed the rom. Boots fine. Wifi etc works. I couldnt use this as my daily driver though . It def isnt as smooth as your rr was. And the recents button not working is a no go for me. But i know its a first build and will only get better. Thats my first thoughts anyway

I am going to talk to Brett about that. and see if we can get that fixed.. See this rom was never meant for Tablet. And I didnt really ask him about porting it over to my tablet, I just did it. I asked him for the a little help after the
fact.. anyhow, he loves the fact that its getting around more. It does run very smooth on my D851 device. I dont understand why it doesnt here.. Kinda strange...

Yea, I agree.. See, I use MultiRom Which I also Maintain on my LG G3 D851 device, So I have like around 26 roms installed.
With 7 on my external sdcard which is 128gb and the rest on a 32gb flash drive. I have CyanideL as secondary rom.
My Primary is Pac-Man Rom Which to me is by far the smoothest rom I have ever used.
Maybe ill port that over here one day. Its kinda more like omni Based, Anyhow, its a good rom.
I can see this one needs some work done to it. I personally just dont have the time anymore. I even turned down a few people that wanted MultiRom ported over to their devices.
I have alot of projects going on and I just cant keep up with them all. Just as RR as at version 5.4.5 now I think, and I have yet had the time to build it. Which I will do soon for everyone.

Great rom, many customisation, it's very similar to resurrection room but with free fixes and many customisation.
There is a slight noticeable lag, everything is fast but UI seems to lag a little.
By the way while updating apps the Device is getting very hot, CPU temperature going above 90°c. Can we do something about it?
