Missing apps still installed? - Nexus 7 Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

So I was switching from m kernel 37 to trinity on official cm10.1 and allot of my apps are missing but are still installed in the play store and the app manager settings.
Anyone else deal with this?

No issue at all, running CM10.1, Franco kernel and Nova Prime launcher. Try wiping the Play app data in settings/apps/all apps.
It has randomly started working again. Lol
