Everyone here ordered a XZ cos they wanted a XZ not a Note2. If you want it do what everyone else has done, buy it and sell your old phone
Re: Anyone want to trade for note 2? Can't hurt to ask.
Tbh you could probably sell the note and buy the z withoit losing any money. I think the note is actually going for quite a bit...

That's exactly what I did. Had to chip in only ~50 pounds, got the rest from selling Note 2.
Re: Anyone want to trade for note 2? Can't hurt to ask.
My note 2 will go straight to ebay as soon as i receive the XZ from Clove

Also keep in mind it's pretty much guaranteed you'll have to leave Sprint.
Re: Anyone want to trade for note 2? Can't hurt to ask.
Op no one with any knowledge will trade a gsm phone for a cdma phone.

I work for Att and the refurbished galaxy notes are like brand new no scratches, nothing wrong with them. It just means that someone could have returned it, exchanged it or something was wrong with it but now it's fixed. I was looking at a white one and some how it had a brand new white skin/screen protector and all the other ones did not. But hey its a good deal get it. :

Sorry, but someone looking at the note probably isn't cross shopping it against anything from Apple. This is perfect for the MAJORITY of people, like many I know, who aren't tech snobs (like me). I own the note and its a great device. This is a fantastic deal for someone who wants a great phone!
Good find OP, will pass it along to some friends.

Its a great phone....if you get a working one before the next one comes out. I ordered on November 13th, received it on the 29th. The radio was bad so i requested an RMA. Still waiting with a second 350 dollars in googles hands until they decide to ship the device... I love android, and Googles apps and services (except calendar) are great but i don't think i'll risk buying a physical device from them again.
If you're posting this just to have a better justification on buying the phone. Just do it because all posts will be biased. If you post on the one X forum and asks if you should get it they will obviously tell you to buy the phone.

Thanks for the replys I think I will get it ..but am afraid cuz rma here is kinda hard.or impossible

Now that the Marketplace is closed, where can XDA members trade / sell their accessories? I know the Q&A or the Accessories sub-forum are not a marketplace, but where can members now make these arrangements? I have two cases I'd rather sell / trade with XDA members, so what do I do?
I know there is eBay, but since these are fairy small value items, I'd rather I make some XDA member happy and/or trade for something else, instead of going in the millions of generic auctions out there....
Is there a "parallel" process now?
Ok I guess there is nothing? It leaves us PMing and some way to let people know you have something of lesser value to trade or sell...
So anyone wants to know, just PM me... I can't see anything else

I have a well used AT&T Samsung Captivate for sale. No screen cracks or scratches. It does have some scratches around the body and the slide cover over the charge port is broken. Phone is rooted and running on HellyBean 4.2.2 2-26-2013 release. I know what I'd like to get for it so make me an offer. Seller pays shipping. No charger or accessories included unless you want my wife's purple jelly cover for $5. Thanks for viewing.

Note 2, yeah son!

This is the member found forum right? In this case I'll offer you $13.99 for both your phone. You pay shipping. Pm me if you'll accept.
No pm needed I do not except.

Just messing with you dude. But seriously this isn't allow anymore on xda. There's a reason the WTS section is now closed, and soon this will too.
Didn't know. My apologies. Guess it'll become a paper weight.

XDA partnered with http://swappa.com/ for members to buy and sell phones and tablets. Read about it here: http://www.xda-developers.com/announcements/xda-makes-swappa-its-official-marketplace/
Swappa is a good place to sell but you might want to try eBay or Craigslist first. You'll probably get more money from them then swappa. Anyways good luck.

This^^
Hi, I got a Nexus 7 last December and loved it. Please note the passed tense because a month ago, a friend sat on my Nexus 7 and the screen cracked.
I have since been planning on buying a new screen on eBay for about $100. However, recently I have been hearing about the leaked specs of the next gen Nexus 7.
What I am wondering is if I should save up more money for the new one and just trash the old tablet with my friends scrawny butt imprinted in glass, or just fix it because the next gen isn't worth it.
I'd love to hear your thoughts because I can't decide.
Not to be a ****, but doesn't your friend have insurance that could refund that $100? It's normal here to be insured for breaking other people's stuff.

I once broke the back of his iPhone so it's not fair for me to make him pay for it.

Either sell it for parts. Hint hint. and save the money for the new Gen. Or fix it and sell it. Personally, I'd sell it for parts.

Most home owners or renters insurance has a deductible that's greater than the $100...

Yeah, that could work. Probably could get 50-100 for the cracked one, more if I include things like my case (probably won't fit the new one by my guess)
Sell them separate. Will take more time. But more money. If you want a quick 100 sell it as a whole.

Looking for the quick 100, I really miss having a tablet. :'( Also it has been rumored that the base model of the next gen will only be $229 (current gen 199) so I will have most of the tablet paid for by the time it comes out. I think I've made my decision, thanks everyone
