I am very pleased with [ROM]Jelly-Bean_4.1.2_CM10-FLEX_v6supercharged_Aroma(22-Nov-2012).
But - if I wanted to go all the way back to stock HC (3.01 I think). Can I just flash that stock HC ROM in my THOR recovery or do I need to do other steps also. There are some threads related to this, but it seems that they start from ICS ROM's and not JB ROMS. Does it matter that I'm on a JB ROM (CM 10 base)

the most stable rom is probably official stock rom from Samsung with no modifications.

Flash a stock ota .zip from lizard/asus in cwm.
I'm running the official Lenovo ICS and for some reason the system locks up when I try to boot to recovery.
Can anyone point me to a resource where I can re-install CMW that will work on my K1?

You should get to get JB. I would recommend the following
Khanning ICS ROM this will get you cwm
Khanning JB ROM
KROOK1 JB CM10.0

i was installed CM10 rom using CMW recovery ... i want to get back to official ICS rom but i need the official rom and full guide to install it ...
Which tpt do you have? Did you do a nandroid backup before installing cm?
I know the way to install Roms from KK to LP, but it all involves upgrading to stock rom CM12 & then custom rom...
Is it not possible to directly install custom CM12.x roms from KK without going through the process of installing stock CM12?
