I took the left image from the internet. It shows the contacts in full screen.
The second image is from my phone. It shows the contacts in a mini screen - note the "contact, groups, history, activities" tab on the top.
I would like to remove that tab. Is there a way to remove that tab?
Decompile , edit xml ,recompile fone

This is what happens when I open whatsapp > menu > contacts
How is whatsapp able to do it?
I don't think whatsapp has a built in contacts app.
It may simply be pointing at the stock contacts app with some parameters
I think whatsapp has its own contact
Whatsapp opens up a particular view of the contacts app...
Its a part of contacts. Apl to search for contacts stored...:thumbup::thumbup:

Hi guys, I got a big problem with HTC Album.
When I tray to display Facebook photos, I can only see the names of the folders and the number of photos but I can't display them (first it's loading but after appear a cross).
I tried to pass by contacts list and it to the same thing. Even with another Facebook account.
I also tried to delete the folder "FBContacts", in order to reset something but it doesn't do anything.
But, it works with the Facebook app' (but less simple than HTC Album)
Note : Association between contact and Facebook account, works, I can see the current profile picture (but it is the only one i can).

So, is it possible to reinstall / repair HTC Album ?!
Maybe I delete some important thing, or maybe there's a modification to do in the registry...
In advance, thank you.

yea, dats wut i m asking....hahah....thks so much!
Good, the standard contacts app has it... see the grey thing on the right? Slide it up and down!
Another option is to use the gesture search app. Have a shortcut on your screen to it, activate it and type the name of the contact you're trying to find. I find it quicker to access contacts in many instances.

Not exactly restoring to default, depends on you
Open the App tray,
Press menu key
Select edit
Now you can drag icons in and out of the Home Screen Buttons Tray.
Put the ones you want
By default, <phone, Contacts, S-Note, Messaging, and the menu (which you can't change)>
fo finish, just press back.

Go to setting-accounts-google-click on your account-uncheck Picasa Web album sync.
Should do the trick
Or you can also long press on the notification, it will show you that it is google play services. Click on the setting icon, then there you will find something like turn off notifications.
