Not at the moment no, unless they start cropping up on eBay.
Alternatively you can ask a fellow forum member if they can get you one? Or not sure how the USA Google Play store works, but order from there and using a third party shipping company to get it delivered to an American PO Box and they ship it out to you.

Hii , I live in Egypt and i want to buy Nexus 4 but there is no Play Store in my Country ,
I searched on the internet and i read that countries that doesn't have Play Store will pay 550 Euros to buy the device .. Is this true or just a rumor ?

Facings the same problem hoping bestbuy will selling and I could order it in Egypt using provided USA P. O Box from Aramex ship and shop service and they will ship it to Egypt I'm ordering 7 phones and 4 tablets that another problem with play store that they sell only limited amount for each user

No confirmation about the price yet but LG did confirm that it will be released in the middle east and gulf countries as the same time as Europe but I don't think it will be the same play store price

I'm from the uk and I wanna buy the n4 from the USA because the 16gb is for $349 which is around £220. Is there anyway I can do this or does anyone know a website that is selling it for a similar price

Best option would be to find a friend/relative in the US, have them buy it on your behalf, and send it on to you in the UK (though, make sure you have a USB charger at home with a UK plug). Failing that, wait a couple weeks for eBay; prices for US devices shipped to the UK should stabilize.

Same for me (in Austria). But at least many Austrians have the chance to get it from Germany's Play Store through friends/relatives in Germany. But thing is, the recommended retail price of € 549.- for the Nexus 4 16 GB won't correspondend to the actual selling prices. The first retailer is already announcing it for € 399.- (http://geizhals.at/eu/859912), others will follow. The only reason for this crazy pricing is probably LG's try to protect their Optimus G (which is very similar to the Nexus 4) of being unsellable...

Yeah, I'm always getting "this product is not available in your country", Portugal here, and I just don't see the reason why they do it like that. Whats the difference betwen the countrys that justifies this regon lock in apps, devices, etc.?

There may not be a technical reason for limiting the Play Store to certain countries.
Allowing sales in a country opens up all kinds of legal liability. You have to be able to collect and submit applicable taxes, adhere to fair trade laws, deal with customs and tariffs, etc.

From what I've read, you have to use credit card from the same country as your home adress country, so, it will not be possible...

Is there any word on any stores in the UK selling the device (unlocked) on launch day? I'd order it from the Play Store but I'd much rather go out somewhere and buy it on the day. I'd expect Currys or CPW to be selling it but there's no word on the websites. Nothing off contract anyway.
I did this with the N7, CPW had it on launch day and it was nice.
Forget cpw and p4u. If there is something wrong with tour phone its easier to brake in to the bank than returning device to them ....

Usually I get my phones from amazon.com. This time I got it from eBay, top rated seller and it coast 550$.
It arrived on Friday, and I'm still waiting from my father to get it to Israel (He flew to the US yesterday. Will be back in a week. I can't wait!!! )
In the same boat as the OP and was wondering, for those who purchased from Amazon, is there a specific seller you recommend? The International version all seem to be sold by third party sellers and I want to make sure I get an as advertised new International factory unlocked one rather than a carrier-branded unlocked and/or refurbished phone.
They had a $10 off coupon when I checked last week. Coupon code: 10offsite I believe. That would bring it down to $604 including shipping. I got mine from the black Friday eBay special. $549 is the best money I've spent lately.
