How to change notification bar theme?

How can i change notification bar theme without changing stock rom?thanks

[Q] transparent status bar eror in CM7

I have CM7 theme with transparent status bar, but when I apply these themes status bar is completely black. what to do?
not in theme is problem I think
if I change the theme to another that also have status bar is the same problem transpatent
If you change to a normal status bar theme (like HTC Sense) everything is fine

I need transparent status bar in full screen? please help

I need some help!
I have note 4 unrooted.
And i need transparent status bar in full screen.
I m using this app: StatusBar in FullScreen (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=jp.jskt.togglestatusbar&hl=en)
to get status bar show up in apps with full screen.
And now i need that status bar in full screen to be transparent.
I need my default bar to be transparent not some artificial bar that is over the default one.
I would like to leave my phone unrooted.

you can use nova launcher, it has the option to make status bar almost transparent

Anyone knows how to fix that white bar on the lockscreen?

Any tinted status bar apps work on the t230nu stock rom
