OK. To start with, my OTA didn't show up so I force stopped and cleared data of one of Google's services responsible for holding the OTA information. After that everything went smoothly. However, I noticed that my notification bar behaves just bizzare. When I'm trying to pull it down, it sometimes goes down, and sometimes just goes up (this only occurs when pulling down with 2 fingers). Now, it just stopped scrolling down at all... No response, totally. The screen is all fine, testes that in touch localization in menu. OK, after restarting the phone, it works again. With being pulled with only 1 finger everything is fine, but with 2 fingers it still glitches somehow. I wish I could go back to 4.2.1 now...
PS. Am I the only one that noticed there is no voice calls and ringtone volume control in lockscreen?
I'm on 4.2.2 (ota update). No major problems with the notification bar but it just doesn't feel as smooth as it was on 4.2.1. A bit jerky at times.
i noticed that too, but if i pull it down slowly it gets stuck right up to the part that shows the date, if i pull it down like i normally do, it's just as fast.
is this the issue that you're seeing or is it something else, try pulling it down quickly with your thumb
hope this helps
I had this issue when I flashed one of the versions posted in the Development section. I just flashed the official stock image and no longer have this issue.

Hi,
i have looked and unable to find anything regarding this.
I intermittintly have an issue where the weather animations (rain drops etc etc etc) do not show even when weather animations is turned on, then around an hour later it will be working again, anyone come into the same problem?
Thanks!
use the power button to turn the screen off and on again. it only works when you turn the screen on from sleep. as soon as you touch anything it stops.
Yes I have noticed this as well!! Sometimes it will display the animation and sometimes it won't. And yes I've tried pressing the power button to make it sleep, waiting a min then unlocking it and not touching the screen and it still won't work. Then later on when I check its working just fine!
Not really bothered by it but it is strange. Seems to work more often than it doesn't work. But the other day it was full on snow yet there was no snow animation to be seen!! But a few days before that when it was snowing the animation was there.
I'm sure others have this 'issue' as well but just haven't noticed it cause like I said it generally works more than it doesn't.
Lol at least it isn't just me. Its just anoying as its one of the wow factors of the phone ane i carn't really show off when its not working
(Btw i too have tried power button and then leaving it to 'sleep' for a few mins but without luck)
Anyone found a fix?

What kind of bugs you have on stock Sense 6 and some fixes if someone has one.
So far after 1 day of ussage i noticed some bugs:
1.Sound is mutted if you move the phone when it ring.
2.If u try to pull down the notification for a mesage/missed call the weather in lockscreen is expanding and u cannot acces via "drag and open".
3.The volume is increasing randomly.
If you have spotted any othe bugs feel free to ad to list .
agree with point 1 and 3, and I found that the pressing of back button during incoming call will mute sound and vibrate, I think it is a bug rather then a "feature". Very annoying!
I was actually going to start a similar thread so thanks for getting the ball rolling.
I haven't noticed any of the issues you listed. My issues are primarily GUI related.
1) in top portion of the caller ID and call log windows, the contact's image is covered up by the Tab swipe views control.
2) the spacing between the icons and the dock are messed up on the home screen
3) dock visible on the blinkfeed page
I have somewhat remedied these issues using xposed and the Sense 6 toolkit but it's still not quite right.
EDIT> This isn't a bug per say but it is very annoying. Every time I make a call through my car's bluetooth my phone now prompts me to choose an output device (handset, speakerphone, or car bluetooth). It defaults it to handset speakers so I have to select car bluetooth which is annoying because I'm trying to operate hands-free. The worst part is that it asks the question every time and doesn't remember my last preference.

1 - This is not a bug, if you look there is a sound option that is on by default - Quiet Ring On Pickup

I think most likely it is cause by mis-pressing of back button during ringing. finally I have to disable the hardware button and turn on the softly in order to prevent this issue. hope can improve in next update....
1 i not have that bug, use full reset include delete photos, music, than if you not rooted wipe cache.

Another one I noticed is that extreme power saving mode doesn't work.
In fact it loses more power in that mode than usual.
Every time i received or i send a message, there's always a triangle with an exclamation point in the middle appearing in the status bar for maybe 0.5 millisecond. I can live with it but it's a little annoying sometimes
Second is that the rotation from landscape to portrait sometimes are not smooth, it lags for some millisecond before it reaches it's full rotation..
Battery is worse than sense 5.5

+1 to this.
Also, the dialer sucks. There's a lag while opening it which was almost instant in previous versions.
In Music app While Scrolling to album art to Visualization for a moment music offs and app freezes
Anyone else having any glitches, lag, strange behavior, etc. I don't know if it's just me but my s6e+ seemed to run a little smoother on LP than new s7e on MM.
issues I have with mine:
After reboot the keypad for entering pin has input lag and sometimes erases
The notification bar will open blank when I have notification and then close and re open with notifications, sometimes it will open and phone will freeze for 3-4 seconds
If I am listening to music over Bluetooth in my car and I compose a text message and attach a picture, it cuts off my music and I have to press play again.
Hopefully we get another OTA soon that fixes some of this. Anybody else having issues?
keypad lag after reboot might had to do with system still loading; if i immediately enter pin after reboot, it lags like no tomorrow, but if i let it sit for a minute or so, everything is smoother, but still not as smooth as normal
notification bar issue happened to me once, but thats after an app crashed; it went away after i force closed the misbehaving app from usage manager
it also randomly cut off my music, but i even have it happened when my screen is off, but only on wired headset, never on my BT headphone
It doesn't like my left thumbprint only my right even though I've redone it once already.
Sometimes if I am trying to type it randomly goes to the lockscreen and I have to unlock my device again.
I can test the bluetooth MMS issue (if I remember) later.
Also the Do Not Disturb settings do not work whatsoever, I have to manually turn it on and off from the quick settings bar.
I almost wish I'd waited for the G5 to drop this week...
The g5 doesn't really appeal to me, now the m10 is looking nice but I'm overall satisfied for now. I think/hope after the next ota all the bugs are worked out. I really should've held on to s6e+ until note 6 but the sd card and water resistance got me lol

When I use my volume buttons, the pop down menu lingers. I counted 20 seconds for the menu to reascend on its own.
I think this happened after the the recent update, before, the menu would pop down for a couple seconds. The only way to get it to reascend is to swipe up on the screen, which affects the app I'm on and it's getting pretty annoying.
My phone isn't rooted and I'm running Nova Launcher, if that's pertinent information. I've tried restarting the phone. Anybody have any ideas on how to fix this?

No, the lingering has been there since day 1 and on stock too. It's "supposed" to do it (not sure why though). You can make it disappear by tapping the screen outside the volume box though.
It gets annoying, but I think the point is so that you have enough time to expand the volume control box and actually adjust different volumes. They definitely were generous on how long it stays up though. I mean, 5 seconds would be long enough in my opinion.
Yeah it's very annoying.
I have noticed that my back and recents buttons seem to have stopped working. I had them set so that they were always lit up but they've disappeared.
Has this happened to anyone else and did you manage to fix it? I've looked through the settings and can't see that I've changed anything.
Currently running Action Launcher.
I have noticed that if I touch the Home button briefly, when using the Sense launcher, two small symbols appear briefly - a "b" and something else... Have I accidentally engaged some accessibility feature unwittingly?
ETA: I properly switched it off and restarted it, and the buttons reappeared, lit up as expected. It was a bit of a worry though. Hopefully this will not reoccur.
