[Q] How can i delete the emergency 112 call ? - Omnia 7 General

Hi guys
I have a daughter and would like to give her my old Omnia7. The problem is that there is an emergency call 112 in the system so my question is whether anyone knows that I can delete them from the system, or could.

SIM Card recognition / diverted calls

Hi all,
just wondering about an issue, that must concern many who have two SIMcards, one for business and one private.
I normally have my private SIM card in the device (TRION), so that when I call friends, they see its me through my caller ID. I have my business SIM card diverted, so calls are transferred to my private number.
The trouble is, I cant see on which card the call is coming in, since I cant allways identify if its a business or private call by the caller ID in my display, cause sometimes I just dont knwo the number or there isnt any. After hours I just dont want to take business calls, but taking out the diversion is to much effort.
Nokia devices have a little arrow that indicates this. Does anyone have a clue for WM5 ??
Greetings
Paddy
I've got excactly the same question. I already thought about connecting a second device with the buisness card to my pc at home and enable/disable the diversion with the help of a webinterface (and call it via start menu).
Anybody outthere, that knows a fix ?
I would be extremly grateful! donateful ;-)

I've the same question .

caller id issue

my x2 doesn't display caller id if it's not the same network(Rogers- i live in Canada)...it just shows "incoming call". but it works for landlines
all the contacts are in my phone... but i also have caller id feature from Rogers when it shows both the name and number even if the person is not in the phonebook. i never had this problem with my old phone
it seems like no one else has this issue...and after endless hours of googling and searching xda i couldn't find anything ...something similar but not really (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=512238) related to winmo and not the phone itself. but whatever they suggest doesn't work for me
i've been having this problem since the day i got the phone and kind of managed to deal with it, but now it's getting more annoying
HELP!!!plzzzzz
hey I have the same problem. Im in Canada and on Rogers to, and I dont think there is a solution to this problem. Ive searched high and low but I couldnt find anything.
try to save contact with country codes ( +12 34 567 789 )
Do you have a contact in your sim? try putting some contacts in your sim then try if your caller id is working.

what exactly happens when you try to call the number? any message or anything?
might be worth a call to T-Mobile to verify they don't have any restrictions on the account or anything
i just hear a beep and nothing happens! i just notice that this aldo happens when i try to call a numer that it's not saved in my contacts.. so i can only call someone if his nurmer is saved in my contact list.. do you if there is an option to disable this?
thanks!
try having a play in
settings - menu - all settings - personal - phone - services - call barring (typing this from memory, wording may be slightly different).

SAME situation I'm on T-Mobile and hubby's on AT&T (work) and I can NEVER call his phone (always get voicemail) unless his phone is right next to me!
We've tried everything... once he leaves our little onclave ZAP! he's no longer reachable unless it's late at night.
this worked for me
settings - menu - all settings - personal - phone - gsm/umts services - caller ID - check everyone
thanks for all the help guys!!

when you try to call someone , the device automatically adds 011 to the # ?
It's a setting you can enable/disable in the settings. I'm sorry I cant advise you ATM as
I'm not running android,I'm using WinMo, But i remember that it was " Add Country code or prefix to Numbers " or something like this, just disable it .
But others should be able to call you normally, as their phones doesn't add prefix.
Hope others can help you

Need help with call forwarding ... not able to make outgoing calls anymore

Hi All,
a few dasy ago i played around with activting call forwording with GSM codes. I didnt get this to work but something happend.
Now when i try to make an outgoing call there is a message "diverted to xxxxxxx by pattern" and its dialing the number i tried to get working with the GSM codes.
First i thought this must be a SIM or provider problem but i tried the SIM in two other phones and there a no problems at all.
Next i completely reinstalled the P9 Lite from scrath but that doenst help either.
So something must be wrong with the P9 Lite. Maybe some leftover anywhere ?
Does anybody have an idea how the fix that problem ? Otherwise i can throw this phone away because i need to make outgoing calls.
Hopefully someone can help me......

Heyho,
that sounds really bad... But it also sounds like u activated maybe the "Call barring" not the "Call forwarding"?
-
Have a look at this site, specially under "Call barring" and check if u entered such an GSM code. If so, i hope the codes provided on the site, will help u to disable the "Call barring" again.
Regards,
Sebastian
I just found the cause of this problem and now I feel like a total noob
While playing around with the GSM codes i also tried Tasker internal function "call divert". But this function is only for outgoing calls. I totally forget about that
