yeah and mine,
hotfile is taking a very long time though, so can't tell what's new with this
Zip file from Sammobile is corrupted. At least it is on my PC even after re-downloading it a couple times....
yup looks like a bad zip, damn that took 90 mins to d/l!

its not on kies yet, sometimes they manage to get them off the internal server earlier.
When the developer of checkfus fixes his downloader we can do the same http://fus.nanzen.se/

Anyone has the correct build date on this? Sammfirmware posts the date it was made available by samsung, not build date. And as its still an A letter firmware its probably still january firmware.
Not likely get a build date till we get a valid zip of it

You might have a point there. So know one has managed to dowload it? As you can see i didnt read the thread very closely, just saw that the letter coding looked off for a february firmware.

DBT Version has also a new hotfile link but zip file is still corrupt.

It has CSE for the following codes. Samsung Needs to enable it for HK code so that it will be avilable on Kies.

This ROM is best, very fast, 100% better than LPQ, LPE is more stable.Battery is also pretty good, Its not drainig quickly. Need to test for couple of days.

What do you mean "chinese sms in english mode"?
I Select UK in setting of the phone.

package unknown (method/compression) when try to unpack with winzip or winrar, can you repost again.. no issue on the kernel package, only the official TGY package could not be unpack.

Whole branding is inside CSC part. So, u can use CSC from other closest version (CSC don't update much) or choose CSC from other country without branding. But still can use base (factoryfs.img) from LP8.

I have unpacked factoryfs.img, cache.img and hidden.img from XWLP7 and found that factoryfs.img has 2 csc files in it but nothing obvious in the other 2.
the 2 files were in an app folder and are CSC.apk and CSC.odex
I'm considering replacing them with 2 similar files from another release of ICS and seeing what happens when I repack the file and flash it.
Will next unpack a branded version and see what the differences are.

If we go by the numerical difference between the LKC and LL5, it should be.... but maybe not

My phone's rom became 4.1.2 but KIES doesnt support anymore!!! So it means your sayings are not suitable for Turkey!

Obviously not, unless you were having problems with current modem
Samsung should stop releasing different yet same releases! ME6, MF1, MG1, all are same for different regions, what's the point? Crazy! Weird!
