How to fix white text on a white background ?

Who can guide me fix ?

I tried replacing "framework-res.apk" of the other rom like: Hyperion, Jelly Bean, Cod Rom, Afla ...all have the same situation

i m not asking about the lockscreen wallpaper, i m asking how to add that image in stock rom or any other rom lockscreen other than hyperion 8 gm lockscreen
