App Drawer Shortcut? - Nexus 10 Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

I'm using Paranoid Android because I want a close to Honeycomb look but I miss the app drawer shortcut in the top right. Short of installing a new launcher is there any way to add an app drawer shortcut to my homescreen?

[Q] Turn off Home button on app page

Is there some way to disable the home icon in the app drawer on the superclean roms? I am voodoo'd and running 2.8 on ebo1-ebo1. I keep hitting the home icon on the bottom of the app drawer, by mistake.
Nope. The included launcher isn't customizable.
You can install a different launcher that gives you that option like launcherpro

Rearrange Touchwiz homescreen icons

HI,
Is there any way to rearrange the Touchwiz home screen icons? I'm left-handed and have small fingers, so the fact that the "show all apps" icon is all the way to the right is sort of a nuisance to me as I can't reach it with one hand without much effort. I'd like to to move the "show all apps" icon either to the center or left side. Surprisingly every other icon besides the "show all apps" icon can be rearranged.
Thanks
Any update on this?

If someone is willing to modify the launcher then I think it'll be possible but for now you should either download another launcher or place all your apps on the home screen.

How to remove icon text using stock launcher?

Is there a way?
You won't be able to change the app drawer on stock launcher but for the rest of the icons you could use desktop visualizer app

He's talking about this app
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=jp.co.bii.android.app.dskvzr
That's the one
Or, if you have six shortcuts in the bottom bar, the text will go away.
Thanks Devs. From my VZW G2.
It takes 7 on mine, not 6

I didn't count the app drawer icon, because it cannot be changed, that leaves six shortcuts.

You can decompile the lg launcher apk and change a value in the bool.xml file to rove the text for shortcuts on launcher hotseat if you don't want to use app to do it.

Is there a way to hide docked apps on homescreen?

Is there a way of doing this? I use Pie to get around as I want more home page real estate. Thanks in advance.

Anyone?

I don't know about the stock launcher but most launchers from the play store will let you hide the dock bar and they give you more real estate and you can usually change the grid size and icon size. I don't think we have these options with stock launcher.
