Hello i have htc hd2 with WM 6.5. I want to instal android on my phone. I will be very glad if u can give me some help like links or good advices. I only know that i need to instal new bios / flash or smth like this then i can instal andoroid on my phone. Btw i want to instal android on phone memory not sd. Thanks for any advices.

Google is your friend. Search before posting. If you had done that, you would easily have found the guide in my sig which tells you everything you need to know, although you should also read the guide on being a new user and not a noob.

Thanks for the link, it explains alot!
But i still don't get,
the stuff about the "radio" is it like a hardware driver ?
And does it harm me when i upgrade my Radio (1.09.25.14) to a higher one ?
And the HardSPL, and the USPL,... i've red that you can't upgrade with out it...

This is invaluable : http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=505377 if you are new to it all. Follow it and it will be easy.
I used the above link to cRaCKwHoRe's guide, and flashed NRGZ28's Rom: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=524032, I never bothered checking radio etc and it works like a dream, wm 6.5 rom and super fast.
Cant impress upon you how important that guide is, I couldn't have done it without it, and Im regularly updating now....happy flashing!

Please somebody help me..... i installed chukydroid room cuz i want droid on my phone but i can't get it...i just want to get back to windows mobile how can i do it????? thanks a lot
chuckydroid is windows mobile. it is a minimal rom that is just mean to boot android quickly via haret. android cannot be flashed to the device at the current time, it can only be run from sd.
Read the ROM section and find the latest stock ROM for your device. Flash that and you'll be back to officialdome.

Have you tried loading android? If not I'd suggest picking a ROM and trying it before you go back to the empire, it really works better & sounds like you're half way there.

i have HTC HD (Rom 1.14.415.2) (32434) WWE ,Radio 1.10.25.25 and i want to change it into windows 6.5 and make it look like my other phone HD2 ... can some one please guide me without ruining my phone .

If you have already decided, which way you will go (..It means, how do you wanna flash after your device)...you just chceck after some ROMs in this forum and it's up to you, which one you will try(flash)...

As ali1777up was trying to say above, follow this step-by-step guide to flash a new rom. As for which rom to choose, I cannot help you there as the choice is rather large and everyone has their own personal tastes as to what they prefer. Personally I would start with the most used roms, i.e. the threads with the most posts in them and go from there.

well the big question here is do you still want winmo or not?
you can dual boot winmo & android if you like or if you want to get rid of winmo then you can replace winmo with Android. dual booting will allow you to boot android from your sd card so if you like winmo & want to keep it i would suggest that. however if you dont like winmo and want to get rid of it you can switch to a nand build which will boot directly into android when you start your phone every time.

The best Windows Mobile ROms to use for dual booting is the 3.14 based ROMs. Now if you are talking about Windows Phone 7 then you just need to install a 2.08.50.?? version or higher version radio then install MAGLDR, then your ROM. Then you have to set up the partitions on your SD card if you want to use the same SD card for WP7 and Android. Just click on the guide that is in my sig and is also a stickie here in the general section, it has info and links to info about doing what you want to do.
