Can I install a cingular/AT&T Rom on an MDA Vario II?
Note: The Unit has been CID/SuperCID unlocked.

I appreciate you're new here and we welcome newcomers, but please do not give new threads titles like "Please read". Always give a brief/concise indication of the problem - this helps when people are doing searches later. Also all threads have equal priority and if we think we can help by looking at the thread title then we will open it, so pleading does not encourage us to look. In fact it can turn some folks off.
This forum has two search facilities one on the brown bar near the top of the page and a different type in the Google Search sticky post.

dude, if you click the word "here" in my post it will take you to the answer. also, if you click on the secret in my signature it will take you to the same answer. we all try to be self-sufficient around here, so Im not trying to be a jerk. if we spoon feed you the easy stuff you will never develop into the 'contributing' member that we all hope to be around here.

Apparently Mike's lecture wasn't 'well understood' because if it was then a very simple search would have provided you with all the answers you need.
So in answer to your question - yes you can.
Now I know your next question is going to be 'How' - the answer to that one is mrvanx's guide.
We've all been guilty of being new and also of flaming noobs, but when you've read a few threads you'll realise everyone's frustration at seeing this type of question again and again and again..... Also, I know the XDA search function isn't always good, but just by reading Mike's sticky, third from the top on this page, you'd have found a better way of searching.

Post it!/notes software for x1 any1?

is there a software or pannel that will let you make notes like evernote, but have them displayed on the today screen at all times?
evernote is great but i write things i need to remember and for this to work, i need to rmeber to look at the notes!!!!! help?

How about trying the search-function. There has been an app like this maximum 3 days ago.

Why didn't the OP save some forum space and our time by searching the forum in the first place?
His reaction is very modest. Have you read the rules? Use search first and if nothing is found, feel free to post.
Yes, it bothers me too, that's why I'm typing this. He should search next time. I hope he learns.

andriod on hd2

i just ported andriod on my hd2 the froyo with sense but the internet doesnt work is there a fix for this?

Gee I must sound like a broken record...but search the forums and you will find what you need. And if you will not search, goto the thread from wich you downloaded said Android build and look for answers there, as they most assuredly are. As a senior member I would think you would try the search first, it's very accurate. And also, its "Android" not "Andriod".

Im not trying to be a ****. You posted basically this exact same question in the ROM development section, people answered, and you posted it again. Nearly everything you need to know can be found through the search.

But he's the moderator, so it's his job to tell you to search... Otherwise you have 100 threads asking the same questions... Google search is your best friend dude.

Indeed, appreciate the support man! And like I said, I wasn't trying to be a douche, just doing my part to get people to search instead of clogging up the forums with moar useless posts.

i dont know if any of you feel this...
i know we all are FED UP of stupid question again and again,in wrong sections,etc,etc
BUT i think we all are discouraging these members from posting anything again.
They probabely dont feel "home" here...
There are only few members who are active here...
I know even i speak rudely to them BUT you know...
OUR x8 community is getting shorter probabely of this reason too (i know members are leaving too)
