Out of curiosity, how much does she want? I can easily get a 7am-midnight day, with plenty left over, and I'm pretty much running stock + franco.Kernel, auto brightness on.

Thank you for your reply. When will the hybrid be available for purchase ? A white one would work perfect !
I want to give your products another shot. I had six defective powerskin cases for her t989.

If you can run a test similar to other tests where others run a video and compare the amount of play time of a stock vs this battery thing that would be great.

I will do.. i'm always on my phone
Hmm. Picked up one to test it out
It probably isn't truly 1700mAh and probably won't be as good as OEM battery but we'll see
This will be cool if it works out but the price point is setting me off in the wrong direction. A future thanks for your effort is being placed now! Thanks
I assume that this battery fits under the stock cover?
I'm curious to see what the test results will be.
Subscribed.
I think I might just hop on the bundle deal...two batteries and charger dock for a little less than 20.
Seller has had some really good reviews..definitely want to see the OPs feedback

From what I've inferred from the info provided on facebook, I *believe* that the seller is actually the maufacturer. From the looks of it, it appears this is a startup company. The fact that his shop is in california makes a lot of sense (I just saw a news special on how there are manufacturing workshops people can rent time out in out there in order for entrepreneurs to get their business off the ground before investing in their own manufacturing equipment; kind of like how there are glass blowing centers open to the public). This could be one of those deals. If the OP (who purchased one) says the battery works well, I might just pick one up just to support the guy. We'll see.

The warranty is only good for complete failure. It is not guaranteed to be better than OEM although I really hope it is. Still waiting to see. Got cheap "1500" mAh batteries on Ebay that last only half as long as OEM.
Do you BONSAI?
The battery will be in by tmrw. I will calibrate and let it die down, then recharge fully and see how it lasts... I will be on Bonsai 4.1.1 200/1120. Although this rom hasn't given me the best battery life it will be a good indicator if the battery helps or not.
** Just received battery today. Will post results on wednesday.

Very nice. I would encourage you, though, to not let it die down (these li-ions don't like that). Id say bump charge it to full with phone off about 10 times (charge till blue light, unplug, plug, repeast 10 times) then boot in to cwm and reset batt stats then see how it lasts from there.

Looking forward to the results as well. Thanks!
Pending on your results I think I'm going to get the two batteries plus charger package the guy offers. Even if its only slightly better or equal to OEM, having that second battery won't hurt, specially for only 20 bucks for it all

i read somewhere that our batteries were non-memory type. meaning it didnt matter how you charged it. and bump charging does work but it could reduce charging cycles. im no expert. just what i read.

They are most likely going to be the exact same bro. The battery's where both manufactured close to the same time I'm sure. Personally I wouldn't even worry about it. But do a complete drain test with each one over the course of a week. Only drain the battery to around 10% on each though. No need to go all the way to 1% lol. I'm sure after a week of testing each battery you will find similar results. Also install gsam from the play store for a bit of extra information.

I did a search on replacement batteries and it $43 for one, the cheapest I can find. I just wrote the seller
Originally it was advertised as a 32gb tablet 3 years old.
I got it it was a 16gb unit.
He gave me back money because he thought it was a 32gb. Now the battery issue so now I want to return it and evaluate if I should buy another one at 32gb or one that's 10 inch and a little newer unit that's Rootable and Romable. Just got to figure out which ones are

I got a used Nexus 10 yesterday and was using it (without charging). Battery was around 40% and then all of a sudden, i got "Shutting down".
When i plugged the charger in, i got the message "Android is upgrading apps"
Does this mean my battery is finished and I need to order a replacement?
Can anyone recommend a good battery from ebay that will deliver to the UK?
many thanks in advance

Yes same happened to me at 80% means the battery is going dead at 40%. Make sure you get a battery that says OEm or Original Manufacturer and make sure it says samsung on it.
I got one from ebay and they put a label on the word Samsung. their reasoning is so they don't have to pay dutys on import since they are made in china. So if they happens don't get nuts over it. just make sure all the marking of your original battery are like the replacement and you should be good. I'm nuts for OEM Don't like the cheap knock offs. Good luck

I used the tablet (fully charged) for about 1.5 hours last night. Batter got down to 67% but it was ok.
If i can get 2 or so hours then I might just live with it. I only use my tablet on my table (do screenrecording), so i dont need to carry it around.
Please keep us posted if you buy it and how you found it. I will also let you know if I end up getting it.
Install Pure Nexus ROM. I never get any battery shut down problems since installing this ROM and my battery is from 2012. Before it used to shut down at 30% quite regularly.
Plus your tablet will run a lot better.

I am on official LP rom from google and I am thinking seriously about change to some other ROM...

Battery percentage at %15, powers off.

There will be 15% left on my phone, sometimes more and my Nexus 6P with Nexus Pure Rom keeps ****ting down as of its dead of battery. Is there a solution or way to make the battery actually last until its at 0%?

There is no solution. Even replacing battery is no guarantee as nearly all aftermarket replacement batteries lack proper features. Buying the best one available, chances are you'll receive a counterfit.
Best option: open chat with Google thru settings/support. Explain you're having shut down issues. They will exchange your 6p for a pixel XL.

Really? Even of my Nexus-6p is rooted with a custom ROM and I didn't buy it through the Google Play Store? I bought from a friend and I don't have a receipt. They still will do that? Also I don't have a support option in my Google settings on my phone.

Don't know about that. If friend purchased through play store you may have a shot by giving your IMEI #. Worth trying. If they ok RMA simply return phone to stock when you return it. You may be sol. If so your best option is to find a Real Cameron Sino replacement battery.

Try to use some battery calibration apps to calibrate your battery after flashing a new rom. I have tried this, it gives me a nearly zero shutdown now. But sometimes i need to calibrate two times to have this good status

I use two combinations, the first one is "Repair battery Life" and the second is "Battery calibration".
My procedure is:
1)Use the first app to give a scan of battery status and it will repair automatically if it find some error.
2) Use the second app to calibrate the status (probably let the system know the new status and give the right percentage)
Maybe the above method is not scientific, but it works for me.

Your best option is contact huawei and see if it's under warranty for an RMA, if it's old you might have to pay them to replace the battery

Tried that and it has seemed to make the battery last longer and not shut down pretty maturely. Thanks. I hope it lasts for a while.
Go on eBay or Amazon and do a search for Cameron sino battery for the nexus 6p. I got one for 25.00 last week. It's working like a champ. It doesn't take a tremendous amount of skill to do if your somewhat technically inclined. A desk lamp, and a heat gun. And some Patience. Getting the glass off from around the camera is the hardest part but a little heat and it comes off. There are several videos. But anyway these are really great phones for the money. I would gladly replace my battery again to keep using this phone. Love it
How to ban XDA.developers to appear in my search results?
It never came out with a single one solution for any problem I've searched so far.
It's all fake!

How can i prevent my phone from shutting down before the battery % reaches 0?

My note 4 shuts down before the battery percentage reaches 0. How can i fix this? Im using a debloated stock rom (https://forum.xda-developers.com/no...rom-n910tuvu1anj7-4-4-4-deodexed-ciq-t2915737). Ive tried this: https://forum.xda-developers.com/note-4/general/battery-shutdowns-15-20-fix-root-t3513268, but it didnt work for me.

I'd suggest NOT getting an original battery, since there's so many counterfeits out there, unless you're directly buying from Samsung. Get a reliable 3rd party battery on Amazon with at least 18month+ warranty. It's very likely the 'new' battery you have is a counterfeit, or refurbished. I gaurantee it will be fixed with a GOOD battery. Get a refund if it still behaves that way. Cheers :highfive:
I have bought 5 battery's on ebay before I have found the right one
You may try this as well
