looking for help

Hi, i think i may have brikicked my phone any help would be appreciated.
i have a mt3g fender and i was running with [ROM] [MT3G Fender, LE,1.2] ported_KiNgxKxlick-AOSP21-v19 from binary100100. i decided to to change
roms and was going to go with this one http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=673394. now i cant enter recovery but i can enter fastboot... this is what my fast boot says.
SAPPHIRE PVT 32A SHIP S-ON G
HBOOT-1.33.0013 (SAPP31000)
CPLD-13
RADIO-6.35.10.18

so now im trying to revert to the my old radio and hboot but i get this error..
C:\AndroidSDK\tools flash radio radio.img
sending 'radio' <21504>... FAILD <remote: not allow>
same error with hboot or anything else i try to flash
any thought or help is greatly appreciated.

HTC Magic need help

At fastboot write:
SAPPHIRE PVT 32B SHIP S-ON G
H-BOOT-1.33.0007 (SAPP10000)
CPLD-10
RADIO-2.22.19.26I
I changed my ROM with using "gold card" and all was well.
After changing the ROM, in fastboot write:
SAPPHIRE PVT 32B SHIP S-OFF G
H-BOOT-1.33.2010 (SAPP10000)
CPLD-10
RADIO-3.22.20.17
I wanted to reinstall the original vodafone ROM, but I made a mistake and installed the ROM for MAGIC 32A.
The install never finished, after that I tried to install the ROM for 32B, but nothing.
Now all it does is opens in fastboot which is written:
SAPPHIRE PVT 32A SHIP S-ON H
H-BOOT-1.76.0008 (SAPP10000)
CPLD-10
RADIO-6.35.08.29
RUU
"And picture of broken ship down."
Any command I give to fastboot write: FAILED (remote: signature verify fail)
I press the home + power buttons or down volume + power or home + back + power but nothing.
The mobile is 32B but now it mean is 32A and can't install the vodafone 32B rom
and also can't install 32A rom because is 32B. I get crazy.
How it chance from 32B to 32A?

Any command write in fastboot it said: FAILED remote: signature verify fail
or i press home+power buttons or downvolume+power or home+back +power
it not responding
when i type "fastboot devices" i get the S/N
but if i try "adb shell" i get "no device"

[Q] Newbie way in over his head

When I started, this was my phone:

I figured I had 32A, but I later found out that if it has the 3.5mm jack then it's in fact at 32B. I went through the procedures for a perfected spl trying to get my hboot and radio so I could run ginger yoshi 1.2.
Everything went wrong of course.
I can still fastboot, but anytime I try to flash from fastboot I get FAILED (remote: signature verify fail). I'm unable to boot into recovery. I tried a new sappimg.zip but the phone gets stuck on unzipping and I have to pull the battery. I tried remaking the goldcard several times.
Now fastboot shows my phone as:
SAPPHIRE UNKNOWN 32A ENG S-ON H
HBOOT-1.33.2010 (SAPP31000)
CPLD-13
RADIO-3.22.20.17

How screwed am I?

Progress update:
I was able to turn S-OFF by running this in fastboot:
fastboot oem eraseconfig
From there I was able to flash hboot 1.33.0013 and radio 2.22.28.25 (for ginger yoshi).
I can now get into recovery and I'm in the process of install ginger yoshi.

I can see that the above command is catching on :0)

C:\androidSDK\platform-tools>fastboot oem eraseconfig

When I run that command still bricked pretty much here

Ok I bought a MT3G off of ebay that wouldnt boot past the vodafone screen so I bought it and tried to flash it and I failed.
Heres what I got for the device.Sapphire Unknown 32A Ship S-On

RADIO - 3.22.20.17

Ive tried recocery image through sd, fastboot commander did nothing and Im not experienced to go through adb . Can someone shine some light on this please . thanks for understanding that im not the noob that failed this device.but a noob none the less.

how to unbrick (without fastboot, adb and recovery)
