Anyone else with their G2 having this problem? Everytime I delete a picture I just took, a blurry image of it will stay on the screen and I HAVE to press the back arrow for it to delete completely and go back to camera mode.. Thanks guys.
I have a similar problem. My pictures do not go away until I press home. If I press delete and then back, when I go back into the gallary the pictures will reappear.
Other than this, I have none of the other issues with my phone

By default, there is a setting for all apps to prevent them from running full screen in CM7, but I do not recall where it is and do not have my NC handy. Go through the regular and CM7 settings.

I cant find where to change this setting. Whenever I try to get a screenshot of anything, after it gets a screenshot, the phone goes to the photo editor app.
It didnt do this before. I tried resetting all application settings but its still the same. Help anyone?
Thanks in advance!
Hi,
Go into camramode.
1. Settings
2. General settings (the one all the way to the right)
3. Turn Review off (Here you can turn GPS tag on/off as well as other features)
Hope it helps!
Thanks, tried that but its still the same. I dont think it has got something to do with the camera app as this happens after I take a screenshot. I don't want to edit each and every screenshot I take...

You are an angel!!! I had to disable my photo editor app temporarily because I was too annoyed by it! Someone who tinkered with my phone must have checked that without my knowing. Thanks again!
I don;t know what happened to my notes 3 ,recently I notified all setting menu for camera, under camera was gone,no such an option for camera, video and setting.also I'm not able to edit photos from here or choose different sense for the photos.
can you please advise how I can re-enable this menu option?
thank you.
Camera settings missing...
Hey guys,
I have a question I update from 4.3 to 4.4.2, I've root the phone and I have some shortcomings:
1). The camera has no settings.
2). When you go into the alarm settings are no options like in Android 4.3
3). In alarm section, missing tab dock, a kind of screensaver that was current month, the weather and some optional shortcuts. That missing too.
The problem is KitKat 4.4.2 or is because I rooted?
(Since I have studied, I noticed that it is a bug of android)
If anyone has encountered the same problem and it was resolved please contact me.
Thanks in advance.

Downlaod a Samsung based custom rom and extract it with 7-zip and look for the camera app apk. Copy it and place it in system/apps and reboot. That should fix it or look on Google for the Note 3 4.4.2 camera app.

A lot of people have been complaining about stock camera on Moto G. They complain of not having options to touch to focus, control picture size and many other things.
I decided to look at that and come it with a solution. I an not a Dev so I couldn't. But while clicking pics one day, I found advance option in stock camera in moto g to have these features.
To go to advance option on stock camera of moto g, first open the camera app then hold your phone horizontally. Now open settings by dragging your finger from left to right, when settings would open you can see a bug on the bottom on the right side of the screen. Click on this bug, and voila you'd be in advance configuration of the camera app. From here, you'll be able to change the size of your pics, can add face detection in front cam, touch to focus and many others.
Guys, enjoy.
I can't see the bug on the bottom right of the screen. What stock cam version is this tried on?

Camera version is 3.2.14.1
Download the attached pic and see in the bottom right corner.
I am running 3.2.14.4 and I don't have that thing, awkward.
Thanks for the tip. Open the settings and the button appears where the video record button was

Guys, pull your current camera app and post it.If needed pull both from /data/app and from /system/app
for those who want the camera app with advanced setting option..
extract and push to system to install
not a flashable zip

No go, seems that is a debug mode for the camera, the question is how did you enable it?

There must be a combination of things to endable it...maybe some one can look in te code of the camera app? and find the hidden key combination of things?
just an idea
Many people are not getting the bug so I, myself tried to find it the cause. The results that came out if my outcome is ; if you're on a custom ROM then and then only you can see the bug icon.
From those on the stock, you'll have to wait until I or someone other port the libs of camera and required files to stock ROM to enable that feature.
why i cant see the bug.. seems like a bug to camera or application or the system
Guys, camera libs to Stock ROM seems to be impossible for me as whenever I do that, the stock ROM fails to boot up.
The only way you can get that is try custom took like C ROM or CM11. It is working on both of them, I don't know about others. Try it on other rooms too and see if it works.
