[Q] Unable to access Google Account setup

I'm having a very strange problem today. I reflashed back to my previous rom and now can't access my Google Account which has always worked previously. I can sign in to gmail and receive emails, but when run the Setup and I click on Google Account - nothing happens. Also it normally says "Tap to setup" and now it's showing google_login .
I also went to Settings>Accounts & Sync and tried to add an account, but Google is not one of the options available. If I try to access the Market thinking I could sign in there, again nothing happens - press market icon and it just returns to the app drawer. I have seen some posts and articles from endgadget where there were comments about problems being experienced with the market, but has anyone experienced this as haven't seen any similar posts?

check to make sure you have accountsyncmanager.apk in your system/apps folder. I repacked my own system.img and took out some apps I didn't need or wanted and accidently had taken that one out and experienced similar behavior.

Thanks for the pointer, but the accountsyncmanager.apk is there in the system/apps folder.
I can choose to add Facebook, Twitter, Flikr accounts etc, but not Google.

back to stock from cm7, contacts jacked

so i went back to stock yesterday, sbf'ed to .596, took the ota to .605, rooted with droid 3 method and put all my apps back on but contact app force closes when i try to add delete or edit. not even a fc popup either, just closes and takes me back to home screen. tried fixing permissions, no help. any ideas?

Have ya tried deleting data for the apps under settings menu?

Alright unfroze the bloat and now it works, guess i need to read the safe freeze list.

i went back and only froze a few things, now contact works again. will post list soon of what i froze before, and what is frozen now.

[Q] Play Music problems with Lockscreen - artefacts?

Was wondering if anyone had same issue.
I listen to a lot of music over Google Music. Ive noticed that I dont have a lockscreen widget (most of the times if not all the time) and quite often instead of the widget I get sort of artefacts from Camera (the lockscreen one) or the actual Google music Widget itself.
I'm only rooted everything is stock since start...

I have this same problem with the lockscreen. cm10 and franco's latest kernel at this time....

Storage full or unavailable after flashing 4.3 rom

I was on Clean rom 4.3 for a bit, and then decided to revert back to my nandroid backup of Codefire 4.2.2. Now, whenever I try to access my dropbox I get this error message: "storage full or unavailable". Also, my Gallery is now empty. Something's happened but I'm not sure what. How can I get these things to work again?

Something not indifferent also happened to me on more then one occasion when flashing back to stock would show only 6/27.5GB available. Rebooting into recovery and reformatting corrected it.

Hi, what do you mean by reformatting? Reflashing the nandroid?

You can reflash your nandroid afterwards and it should properly recognize your internal.

So, how do I get the nandroid back on the sd card? ADB push?

Ouch.
I'm having same Dropbox error.

Help sm-n900v

After trying to unlock my bootloader my phone hangs on setup wizard... I hard reset and do all I can to bring it back to boot normally but still on loading set up wizard

Not clear whether "trying" means you succeeded or failed. Given that ambiguity there is always this:
Flash a pure stock (Samsung factory) ROM using Odin and start from the beginning. You have nothing to lose as your phone was "hard reset"

You might have to buy a membership there (sammobile) - I recently tried downloading with my freebie account and it didn't work. (It is possible that was due to my browser type or ad-blocker issue though. I was using both an off-beat linux browser and multiple ad blockers. Someone recently suggested that might be the trouble. I didn't investigate further.)

Do you know the android version and the firmware version?
