How to get stock rom on with cwm?

Hey guys want to go from cm9 to stock but dont have a pc with me at the moment. Can I do it using recovery?

yes, stock roms are packed as zips by "wanam". lok over there in the development section, download it and flash via cwm

Sorry kind of stressed out so wasnt thinking and do you have a link I can have? Cant find any to use with cwm

None of the links in that post are working.
Is there a ROM I can download where EVERYTHING is working and included, such as smart stay, motion ect?
Has to be able to install with CWM.
Need it NOW please can't find any :S

You can install stock roms in their tar form using mobile odin. It's by chain fire and there's a free version on xda

Helo guys, i recently bought new galaxy y duos lite and want to root it, but cant find anywhere how to rooot it. Can any1 provide me a guide or link how to root. ?

Install any rom n it will be roooted.

Just follow the method for y..it works on y duos too

search cm recovery for galaxy y in google.itll give you link and instructions

Download update.zip file [google it] then send this file in sdcard.
After that turn of ur mobile.
Pres vol up key + Home+ power on buttons in one time
Then system console will open
Select flash from sd card
Use volume and home key to nevigate:screwy::screwy::screwy::banghead::screwy::screwy::screwy:
Select update.zip
And youre done

Do search "root samsung y" or "universal GB Root"
The update.zip file made this possible. I had trid with
Samsung galaxy y/ y duos/ y duos lite/ pocket

Why not root the duos phone like all the other duos users? Head over to duos development section.. see sticky threads.. DIC thread... get link to root thread in first post.. go to 20th page in root thread.. you will get updated file.. and see instructions in first page of that thread.. if you get problem.. the ask in help thread..

Download update.zip if u have downloaded it then go to recovery via 3 button combo
Apply update from sd
And then flash update.zip.
All done.

You can unroot it by flashing unroot package. Search for it on google.

You first buy have a superuser on phone ?
i think your phone is rooted and is possible to remove or unroot again
by using file unroot.zip flashing
use search feature on this forum to search what you need and you can find anything

It couldn't be a first hand phone...Search on xda for unrooting Galaxy Y and you'll get it done

Man,u r bouht a used phone-it's not new.New phones dont have super user app.

Maybe its not rooted the app is just there get the root checker app from market and check

MMh.. I'm not sure flashing a branded firmware (Vodaphone) is a good idea.

Has the auto brightness issues been fixed like the official 4.1.1 for P3110?

can all p3100 users all over world flash this ? will there be sim lock ? which method works for rooting please ?

Runs quite well, but I have to admit I can't see a great difference (project butter?).
The battery performances seem to be excellent, and (even if it looks strange to me) I see also better wifi signal.
You have to get used to the phablet UI: in the beginning it was shocking and I was seriously thinking of going back to Ics, but the more you try it and the more you like it.

I didn't upgrade my system, I flashed with full wipe/factory reset (and clear cache and dalvik cache)

guys, im from philippines, P3100 user here. Id it safe to flash this jellybean firmware update even im from philippines, i need confirmation to be safe before flashing this as to avoid brickin my P3100.
Can i use my network sim here in the philippines after flashing this jb firmware update??

There's not so much bloatware; anyway I removed it with Titanium.

yes u can flash this rom.....
u can use other sim cards also......
this rom doesn't have any locks...in it...

Must a full wipe require before flashing this new firmware? From what you've mentioned, this update can use on regions like Asia? I'm from Singapore btw.
Update - Just flashed this firmware over my 4.0.4 using Odin after doing a full wipe. Now trying to root as I've many appz which need root.

some roms have got some bugs with these apps...
i can't help u untill u give full info abt what ur prob is...!!

may be prob with ure kernel or rom ..go to stock and flash jbv3 which has kuro kernel the stable one..moreover rom is also stable...i am using it so it is my advice to u to use it....

I dont exactly know about it but flashing anything increases flashing counter(which is der in ur cell) so they may come to know.
But there is an app to reset that counter.
And saying thanx isnt enough, press it.!

U hv to reset the custom bin count......go to sir doky's thread or see his signature........he has made a file to reset the custom bin.....

After doing that...
Go to Odin/download mode.. by volume down + power + home button combo..
Then see if your counter is more than 0... if its 0 and saying Samsung official...
Then no problem.. just go to service centers.. they won't be able to discover..
But if it is more than 0 in custom bin counter.. then go to themes & app section in this forum...
And download galaxy toolbox app made by doky73 to reset counter.. and it works.. don't worry... I have done it too..

After reset... it still won't show Samsung official... for that just flash a firmware update from Odin... and you are good to go..
