it all began after i install quarx CM9 ICS
some told me to make the baseband to 311 but it doesn't have the 311 it only have 361 and 331

Which custom sbf or rom can i use to this phone?
Any one knows??
try doing a wipe/factory reset and flash the same sbf.
If i flash the same SBF, i still have English not Swedish like in the Nordic version.
Now the phone works but iam still looking for the Nordic version. Or some Custom Sbf that will work on my phone...

MEA (Middle East ) cuz we are in IRAQ, we need Arabic and network to calling
the original (GT-I9000M) is Canadian version and English (Arabic not included)
and when we try to soft with Arabic version it become (GT-I9000) with out (M)
and the network not found and we can't make a call(No service).
therefor I thougt to solve this problem (as a first test) -never seen Galaxy Phones indeed- and softed by (above/below) procedure
PDA= Arabic (GT-I9000) Gingerbread 2.3.3 MEA
CSC=Arabic (GT-I9000) Gingerbread 2.3.3 MEA
Phone=Canadian (GT-I9000M) Gingerbread 2.3.3 North America (I9000M)

i accidentally break my phone, however i was able to recover it using ODIN and the file i donwloaded was Indian version i think. And now im experiencing problem updating it through samsung kies. By the way im from Philippines.

U can't update custom roms using kies....its for non rooted devices only.....
Update ur phone to jellyblast 3.0.2 which is the latest one out there...
