I think ur usb driver needs to be reinstalled.
Just re-install your kies from the scratch.
What is the software that you are going to use to recover the lost files?? Can yoy please tell me the name of the software??

I am going to use software named: Recover my files.
Are you sure it is driver issue? Can you connect your phone's internal memory to PC as "hard drive"?

Its not hard at all . Just download it and put the folder in the root of your harddrive .
I'm just having problems with the Samsung drivers and wondering if I have to flash back to stock before I can install drivers.

Yeah, just download it... It's less than 30MB. Make your instal path as short as possible. Try adb devices to test if you have it set up right and it sees your phone.

Yup. If all else fails...you can odin clockwork mod and find the superuser zip.

I suggest you freeze your antivirus for an hour , redownload one click cwm and try again. Once your antivirus finds the file it deletes it so if you try to root you won't find the file.

Anti virus buggin out. Disable it while you download, unzip and root the phone.
Just odin to a rooted version
Ill let someone else explain what odin is

1st: drivers without the Kies: Feel free to search by yourself next time
2nd: I'd try on another computer/with another cable first, but for me, if phone is not recognised by PC after PHONE flashing, I'd say that drivers are OK, but you have messed something up on the phone...

If this was S2, there's a name that we called "bricked" and from the screenshot, it should be categorized as a "bricked" device and the only way to repair it was using usb jig or jtag when i was on my s2. But i don't know now maybe there's another new method available. I don't know this also occur on our note 3. Just keep finding the solution. Try flashing to stock firmware using odin. Can you enter download mode or is it detectable?

[Q] How to unbrick bricked sbl1 AT&T NC1 with sd card?

So long story short, sbl1 is overwritten.
I saw multiple posts about specially prepared sdcard and im wondering how to unbrick it with this phone, i have a back up before it got bricked (mmcblk0 the first 128MB of it).
Any ideas?
Have you tried the nb1 tar file in Odin?

Odin wont detect my device, its in PBL download mode
I tried making a USB Jig but with no luck
Ive also tried qdload.pl with MPRG8086.hex still nothing (failed to execute becuase no reply)
Could I try shorting the emmc chip from being detected to force sd card boot???
Doesnt EFS have to be on the sd card too???
Bump!
Did the SD thing work?? ?

Zero'ed it, trying to zero out another partition. (dd if=/dev/zero)
I tried to compile a custom arm bin (one that resets the device) upload it with qdload.pl and it wont work because it needs to be signed (this includes eMMCBLD.hex)
