I don't personally like the tiles, but thanks for putting it out there.

Nice...
I do like the transparency of the tiles, seems a bit more usable to me than Launcher 7 or any of the other ones. I think I'll try this one out soon. Good find!

Oh I like it. Installed it and five minutes later I have to set up the way I like it gonna use it for a good while

OK Captain Obvious lol

I kinda like the way that looks. Knowing it's Android, not Windows makes it that much nicer .

This looks very cool. Thanks! I'll probably give it a go shortly.

[Q] Nice UI from Japan

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0S6NMH4ry-4
This is a nice UI from a gingerbread device Infobar A01 from Japan ,
Mixed WP7 and Android feel. Is there any similar launcher?
Saw this on the Android GAF thread. Looks super awesome. Nice to see a OEM/Manafactuer make a totally different UI as opposed to Sense/TouchWiz etc which barely changes the style of Android
love it!!
ok im moving to japan now! bye
Someone absolutely needs to make a launcher out of this. please.
Very nice

I've been keeping a close eye on Fipplr, and recently pinged the CEO/Founder of the company behind it since I hadn't heard from her in a while. She told me that because of legal concerns, they decided to modify the look and feel. I'm still super excited for it though, and she's promised to keep me updated and let me know when they have any renders/details of the new style.

The UI in the video has a WM 6.1 system bar on top. I wouldn't get your hopes up for this on Android just yet.
Sent from my NookColor
Wouldn't use it, really don't like it.
Knowing me I'd want all my tools/games on the main screen and there would be too much scrolling. I don't see how that's any better then what's currently out there.

That's prettyy much like a totally black Android toolbar with white icons... and any way, the phone advertised IS an Android phone with a June(??) release date (hopefully).
Thats ugly, the screen is too crowded, everything is too fat and bulky, theres no room for a wallpaper, vertical scrolling is boring, and the category title bars are too thick

[Q] Moto's Roatation

Is there any way that we can have the same animated rotation for our screen like the new Moto Photon has. I know it was available for 1.5 and you enabled in in spare parts but the new Moto is a 2.3 device.
Thanks in advance.
wow 70 views and no one has any ideas?
I couldn't find a video of it. I've never seen it, wasn't around when people were on 1.5. Is it like the i-you know which -phone?

You have been a great asset to this site good luck with your ROM we thank yo for it!
Loving this rom! Is this release the same that you posted in DT's thread? Just curious because the only thing I would have changed is the keyboard.
Battery life has been remarkable, and screen transitions are nice and smooth. Haven't found a hiccup yet.

If you upload it, they will come.
Give this Rom a nice theme for us so we don't have to worry about That and it would be nice if you could find the time to theme some third party Apps like Gmail, Facebook,Gtalk etc. We know you are a good themer . Thank you Sir.
Wow!! Great looking product. Thank you for all your work. I'm dying to try this. Can someone comment on gps experience, please?
I'll be trying this either tonight or tomorrow..I love days off Anything in particular you want tested/done?
Glad to see you're diving into this dhacker, maybe if DT decides to come back to the TB in the future you guys can team up and build one magic superrom

A few questions about this.
Does it have market restore activated?
Also, does it have vipermod for lowering voltages?
and I agree with whoever said you and DT should get together and build a superROM.

Dhack and DT are a great combo.
As much as I love the speed and performance of the AOSP based ROMs...I just can't get over the dialer, MMS and email.
Launcher Pro has the people widget and agenda widget that works awesome...
If I could get a sense type mail client, mms app and a dialer that would be great.
Hell...I've used dialer pro for DT's AOSP and it works good...
Whatcha think DHack? If you want to dive into a better email app and MMS...I'd be happy to test for ya.

What do you LOVE about CM7??

I love how FAST it is. I love the overscroll color choices and built in theme chooser. I love the included ring tones. I love the battery life. I love everything about cm7.

I love the screenshot feature. And the 2.3.5 android version. And the tiny rom size
O, and the contacts work at lower lcd densities. Take THAT touchwiz
I really like the option to edit the toggles in the notification pulldown.
I love the 180 degree rotation

Because Cyanogenmod.
I love it's speed and stability, less force closing, and AOSP goodness. I also like the voicemail customization and using with googlevoice, not like sprint's stupid voicemail menu in settings where you have to pay for transcribed voicemails. CM7 how do I love you, let me count the ways... I've actually not tried cm7 the last experience I had with cyanogen was cm6 on my hero, but wow what a difference that made.
All of the above.

ROM Developers

I honestly dont know to post this in general, or questions, but just an area were you ROM Developers can see this.
I was hoping that some of you could get together, and reconfigure sense in a way to resemble the upcoming HTC EVO 4G LTE.
http://www.engadget.com/2012/04/04/htc-evo-4g-lte-preview-video/
http://www.sprint.com/landings/evo4glte/index.html?INTCID=AB:UEC:HERO:040412:Jet:960x320
It looks quite nice. Somewhat looks like MIUI but with an app drawer and the famous sense clock. I'm not sure how changing the way a ROM works but it seems possible as I've seen so many various 100% custom look changes. Maybe someone just make a very cool stable ROM the resembles the 4G LTE's style. Maybe a sense theme or someone make that sense clock?
If anyone would like to take up this challenge, or multiple of you team up to make a nice rom that looks dead on like the LTE, please leave a reply or send me a PM. I have photoshop experience if any graphics are needed i could help out to an extent.
i would bet money people are working on this and will be coming eventually a great challenge for our wonderful devs
The battery. That removable battery is crucial if you're stuck on a splash screen or bootlooping. Where's the removable battery, HTC?
It will most likely have a reset pin or button combo that will dissconnect the power supply from the battery. Most tablets are that way.
**unrecognized**
Could do something along this line to hold yourself off until then

As sexy as that looks, I think I'll stay AOSP. Less bloat.
Check out SOS S by Team Swag. You can theme it to look quite a bit like Sense 4.0.
Guys, let's stay on topic lol. And Nah. That screen shot is very far from it the LTE. But love that clock

Why do people like clock Widgets? I have never understood the fascination. You can always see the time in the notification bar. Like redundancy? I just don't get it. Why waste your screen with a CLOCK?

What are you guys using that real estate for? Other widgets? More apps? I do like the look of the clock, but honestly I use it because HTC put it there. Never really thought of losing it, lol. But now you got me thinking...
I'm more worried about the people that are worried about what other people are doing. Especially when it concerns something as trivial as an additional clock on a HS. Yikes.
i dont like the size of the sense clock but i like the look and feel of it to be honest if they could slim it down to 2x2 or 4x1 widget i would be pumped
