Go to settings> security, and check "Unknown Sources"
Find the Flash Player.apk and download it to your N10 (do a search on here)
Install the apk
Install/ use a flash compatible browser like Firefox and it works
Google search for latest flash player apk. Download and install. I use it with Boat Browser.

What are you trying to play exactly? A flash vid or a flash website (such as HBO.com)? If its just a vid I'd suggest checking out skyfire browser i think it's called
I really like Google Pinyin - the input method. But after installed a custom ROM, I can't find it on Play Store nor in my app list. Anyone know how to install it back? Thanks

Just bought our 2 nexus 7 tablets today....We want to root them but haven't yet. I was trying to update the FLASH to the latest as one of my websites and one game wanted me to do that. I was taken to the google paly and there was a message that the lastest FLASH can NOT be installed on this device and I read that it is NOT support for OS over Ice Cream 4.0? Can some one tell me what I can do? Do I have to root to do this?
Thanks

No, you don't have to root to install flash. You have to download the apk and install it, that's all.

I did root my nexus 7 and I did install flash by sideloading...but I get a blue box sometimes and other times I get the message that I need to upgrade flash...I used Dolphin HD browser on the nextus and chrome and the same thing happens in both.
Somewhere I read something about renaming two files...don't remember where I read that or what two file. I do know I didn't do it because 1. I wasn't able at the time to find the files 2. it didn't say what to rename them????
Any suggestions on what I have to do...my nexus 7 is now updated to 4.1.2
Thanks
Tried this doesn't work either...

download it(not from the market) and install it. make sure that unknown sources is enabled(main device settings, security). or there are a few flash installer apps in the play store. flash wont work in the default chrome browser(chrome isnt flash capable), but it will work in the aosp android browser.

Thanks can I just flash any version?

no, since previous versions might have some capabilities issues with jellybean, its probably safer just to flash the latest.
