Custom light levels in the latest cm10 nightly - Defy Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Hi guys does anyone know how to set custom light levels on the latest quarx cm10 nightly? It force closes immediately on saving. Thanks for your help

you post the same question in two diferent section:good:
You are confused. Quarx and Epsylons defy builds do not work with 2.3 kernel. Only their defy+ builds work with 2.3 kernel. Their defy builds require 2.2 kernel. Make sense? They make 2 different builds, one for defy and one for defy+
If you have red lense defy you can and probably should use defy+ builds. This still requires 2.3 kernel because you would be using a defy+ build. Make sense?

Problem with quarx cm10

Using cm10 by quarx but whenever I go to language and input settings it shows me error unfortunately settings has stopped. Any solutions guys?

Trying to get smartassv2

Hi people ive downloaded the droidx gov zip so i cud use smrtassv2 it flashes thru fine but then reboots or turns itself off wen the defy has fully booted up??? Has someone got a working zip for the defy and not the defy plus i would love to have smartassv2
Im on cm7 by quarx using his 23rd of september nightly build and with froyo kernal hope somone can help

Try to manually copy the governor from the zip to system, including the file in etc

Known bug with custom kernel roms: cpu spy or any such app will not give you correct readings. Bug is across all roms with custom kernel(2ndboot roms) such as cm10
