For the HD2 of course
Android 5, windows 8, windows rt, battery drivers for windows 7, or...
Realistic guesses welcome.

Maybe Project Butter on JellyBean?
^I am hoping for this more than anything else
And maybe a fully working Sense 4?
apple os 6.1 that would be great
Yeah, probably iOS since almost all OS runs on HD2. WP8 probably gets released to the public.
I agree with Marvlesz, project butter on jb, fully working Sense4. Others will come..
Just one question:
Why the heck would anyone want iOS to be ported? You can't do anything special on it and it's a waste of time for devs although it would be nice to have it in our collection.
iOS, just because you can...
And how upset would Apple be

Yeah, only because of Apple and it's fanboys(gays) to prove them that their phone isn't the best.

Why the dreams? I think MAGLDR UEFI will probably be released in the following two weeks.

For tablets only here is the official look.at honeycomb totally revamped UI doesnt even look like android http://t.co/jseeQTO
What do you guys think? Do u think it will make it to galaxy tab?
i thought they said honeycomb will only be compatible with dual core so no galaxy tab
Well they havent officially stated that...
That is what they said about gingerbread but didnt happen..
Sent from my GT-P1000 using XDA App
I don't think we'll have a problem getting it.
I think that rumor was about gingerbread but I still think its hard to believe.
I release date would be nice but I know I'm asking too much
I'd be suprised if it makes the tab. All the rumors are that it needs to be dual core to run honeycomb.
Time will tell...

"All" the rumors?
There was a single (anonymous) rumor in a single publication. (then picked up by every gadget blog on the net)
Most of the consensus I've read agrees that dual core rumor was complete and total BS.
It doesn't look that great to be honest, when it looks like this ill be intrested...

Well,we appreciate your tribute, but uve gotta be a bit kind to WM...its still a productive OS and before MAGLDR, we couldnt boot SD Android Builds without it(many ppl still do...)...it may be getting old and troublesome when compared to Android and iOS,but the good old kid's still hangin around!...maybe you should show the android mascot,WM logo and the Windows Phone logo all blowing/eating an Apple logo instead haha
I personally think that's pretty damn epic. Lol @ the 'with cyanogenmod'

The idea was that Android finally can run on HD2 all by itself, no more WM necessary!

Official Google app with a screenshot of a Nexus S 4G, clearly labeled as 4G and running on Sprint, running Android v4.0! Although the date is 10/26/11 so I guess they've really been working on it for all of this time...
Yeah, and they still can't get it to work. That is just sad. You would think that they would have had the foresight to make sure ICS could work on their other Nexus devices instead of strictly designing it for the Galaxy Nexus. You know there is a problem when the programmer of the OS can not get it to work on devices that were designed to their own strict specifications. Think of what the OEM's have to go through to get this crap to work.

Of course they've been working on it. There were leaked shots before the Galaxy Nexus came out with a Nexus S running a version of ICS. It doesn't happen over night.
I know, but at least this time it's an official screenshot that wasn't leaked! I'm just really excited! Surely it'll come out before the end of March! I was hoping before March, but I installed the leaked build anyway, so I'm good for a while! ;p
this could (will) be (extremely) useless, but can we port iROM to our dz? it would be... kinda good if we just flash the ROM, and see how fast our dz is...

Wasn't that an April Fools?
Sent from my HTC Vision using XDA
it's impossible as ios is strongly modified in comparison to standard unix/linux systems and it's closed source anyway meaning compatiblity is only limited to apple products that has it as oem. palm webos, nokia maemo can be easier to port but still there are so much differrences as android isn't pure linux too.

Definitly YES
Why the hell do you want to have a 2.3 ROM on a device which has alot more features inclueded in 4.2 :silly:
screw it lets put cupcake on it.
I remember reading a thread where someone was claiming a galaxy nexus with gingerbread on it would be faster. what a tool:laugh:
You realize gingerbread is significantly slower than jellybean, right? Why in the world would you want such an old version of android?
