Anyone get Time Warner Cable app to work with Nexus 7?

Hi,
I'm looking to get the TWC app to work on the Nexus 7, even if I have to root?
I tried to search but Tapatalk is not great for searching with advanced options.

I have the bright house app Woking. I believe its the same app, just rebranded. Backed up the apk from my HTC sensation and installed on my nexus with no issues.

Nexus 7 as Computer

Anyway I can connect Nexus 7 to my monitor like I can with my Note2?

It's not possible right now because the nexus 7 doesn't have miracast support built in to the rom(display over wifi).
Also, it's not possible to do HDMI out to a display because the nexus 7 does not have the hardware to.

well it can still be your mini computer if you attach keyboard and mouse

can I I root any android device using by the nexus 7 using OTG cable even with a different OS on the nexus 7 like Ubuntu ?
If yes what do I need ?

I cany connect my nexus 7 to my laptop. My laptop cant go through its storage. Pls help
