Sorry for late entry to party..
And just to make it clear... no need of admin... it works fine without it
@op.. use apktool.. its original.. get it from ibotpeaches thread... you need to do
Code:
apktool if framework-res.apk
Before decompiling any system apks.. and if necessary.. you would need tw-framework and systemui

For recompile admin is needed! I think! And in gui apktool there is no need to decompile framework or system ui first!

Or stock
And change bootpath
Then if not booting still take logcat

Was meaning virtual device using android SDK just as a way of testing a rom. Setting up a virtual device giving it SGA properties and testing. As you may have figured I'm not a dev just a reader and hoper. I got the impression from Jusada's guide re rom making that the SDK was the place to go when developing a rom. But as I said I know only what I read my experience with SGA is entirely as a user.

I have some app development experience and according to me you can add it in the launcher by :
Simple way : Put new files in anim folder and rename it to the old ones.. or edit the old anim files by taking codes from another launcher .
Hard way: Decompile the launcher and read it's smali codes using vts and add the animations easily. You could also add more features using this.

Extract this zip file to your sdcard, you should get 3 more .zip file look-a-likes (DO NOT EXTRACT THEM!).
Start Chainfire 3D and choose to look for the plugins, it should find them, then just install them one by one by tapping on their names.

2.Create eclipse workspace
3.Open eclipse/use existing projects
4.Select ur opera mini workspace
5.In the java file where there is com.opera.blabla
6.Rightclick over it/refractor/change name
7.Enter com.blabla.blabla
8.Select save/replace all the occerence
9.Finish the project, and you are done!
