Try returning it to the store/person who sold it to you and don't forget to bring the receipt and the Tab itself.

dose the uk version Samsung galaxy tab 4 10.1 have a irblaster its advertised as havening on but mine dose not any help with this
Got the Tab 4 8.0 LTE version. It supposedly has an IR blaster too according to online searches but I can't find anything that resembles an IR blaster.
