There can never b a best custom Rom how good a Rom is depends on the users preferences as such no one can answer that question for u

Just wanted to post a general thanks to this entire forum and all of the users here. I'm only about 12 hours into flashing/ rooting...all that good stuff, and understand I am a hardcore noob at this. I finally just got around to getting my evo set up to run CM7, and through all the hard work that everyone has done, I am able to access everything I could on my stock rom and SOOOO much more through CM7. I feel like I have a brand new phone again. Thanks to everyone for paving the way for me. Hopefully I will become experienced enough to make some substantial contributions to this forum as I become more experienced. But everything is working great....Thanks to so many people's hard work!

Yeah - But this way if I subscribe and a bunch of other n00bs do the same. We will get an email saying there is an exploit available. Mind you that could be six months from now.
So, not having root, S-OFF and unlocked bootloader there is not a good reason for me to live on this site. In the mean time, I am spending my spare time making beer and living on homebrewtalk.
I see it as an easy notification method. That's all.

I understand why this might have been a good idea, it only works if someone does post ing this thread about it. Sense it will most likely end up in dev first it defeats the purpose. Just check the forum and i am sure you wont be able to miss it.

I just saw a cool rom called Provision in the nexus s section. What was really cool was the notification bar and such. If anybody could put those into the paranoidandroid rom, that would be a complete beast of a rom. I'd give it a try myself but any dev that could do this or give me some help doing this it would be nice. I wan't something worth switching with sense every now and then. Yes, sense is horrible memory hog, but it's a sexy memory hog.
