[Amazon App Store] Free World of Goo - Member-Found Deals

One of the best Android games imo. It's the app of the day on the Amazon App Store.

It's fun... Seems like a kids game though

What's the point of using Play Magazines when you have Google Current and Flipboard?

Both are free and there's tons of cool articles on there and you can choose them.
The magazines are filled with ads. Wayyyy too many ads. And they're really expensive.

I am still shocked that if I am a car and driver and runners world subscriber for hard copy they still want me to pay for the digital one here too.

They need to understand that if they charge a dollar or two an issue people will gobble them up like they do physical copies.

Agreed, no reason to charge as much for an electronic copy. Reminds me of everything that occurred when music first started going digital, they are still using the old paradigm.
Uh, for car and driver and motor trend, the digital subscription was 12 bucks a year or two bucks a month. Buy two issues or buy a year??? Hmmm... -Ara

[A] Solution for Amazon and Xbox Smartglass on N7

I moved Amazon.apk and Xbox smartglass to my nexus and they work. I thought I would post them as a solution for some people who are new to the N7. Is it ok to post them via drop box?

Only if its not a paid apk.

Pretty much if it feels like stealing, or smells like stealing - XDA is not the place for it.
Everything else (if legal) seems OK. XDA is pretty good at self-policing, and if needed the Big Guns come in.

Thanks, I wasn't able to find that out. I guess I wasn't reading thoroughly.

Microsoft Smart glass is free but for some reason Microsoft did not mark the N7 as a compatible device.
Amazon app store and shopping app are both free. Not sure which one that second apk is.
Edit: misread the post but anyways, those two are not paid apps

Amazon hasn't released a tablet version and xbox smartglass won't be available for awhile.

Smartglass
Microsoft surprised everyone and released Smartglass early... so it IS available...
Works fine on Nexus 7, just download the APK above.
thanks for the apk!
The Amazon apk can be downloaded and installed normally via the Amazon App Store. For many, that would be a better option, as they'd still receive updates rather than having to try to keep up with sideloading newer versions.

It was more of a temporary fix than a permanent one.
