Get to rooting! Use Krabappel's guide on the General section but start at the step where you flash JB recovery. Just did it last night, worked like a charm. the bootloader unlock still works on JB as well.

Which model? Samsung makes at least 8 different 7" tabs. And why do you need it? It won;t work without the rest of the ROM that matches.
Download a stock rom and extract it for yourself!
