[Q] Mess up the Xperia Arc software that are boot loader locked!!

Can anyone please help us on messing up the xperia arc badly with the software so that we can get a new replacement with an unlocked boot loader ???

Don't think that will work. If you are talking about claiming on insurance. They will just flash old phone with new software. I recently posted on the hope I would get a new. Phone. But mine is a genuine claim.... if. Its repairable they will simply repair it as the may or may not do with my phone

Ok it is possible for USA people cause the unlocked bl version of the arc released a month back and at this point if we are able to mess the software that won't be repairable, we may actually get the newer one !!! Pretty sure about that

No. You only have to be able to enter flash mode (green light).

until two months ago I found my xperia x8 slow and I thought if a computer is similar to how it works "will be able to hack my phone" and researching I came across your page and know what it meant ROOT, BOOT-LOADER, ROM, COOKING, etc , etc. ... and with this I intend to thank Androxyde, B.Jay, among other members of the website but most especially the members of Team GingerDX, because thanks to them my phone I can handle at will ...

[ADVICE] Just for x8 users

I think most of users don't know about this.
If u have hard bricked your x8,
Don't worry, you can revive it back.
You can do it via a J-tag box.
(Not by your self)
Many users think if got hard bricked, phone should be in a trash. Now you have a hope. Just find a guy who can manipulate J-tag box.

Yup. 3 threads in all. Do you have experience with jtag boxes? If you, please post a guide. if you don't, maybe post a link with a guide.
I'm sure it would help a lot of users with bricked phones and without warranty.

Btw in my country its a little difficult,so may its better to buy a new phone rather than spent money to revive the x8
