Dear Xda Developers!
My brother just got this Samsung Galacy Y (5360) device and asked me to root it.
I know next to nothing about rooting, so read the awesome guides available on this forum.
One problem I have now is that I can't find a dutch CSC (TNL).
I have looked in Doky's post, and searched the developer's forum only to find one of an older version.
Do you guys know where to find one, or won't is matter as much when i take on of the other CSCs?

Why do you create a new topic - if there is a topic "Rooting" and many more topics. Have you red them ? or google ?
I had the same problem -> just switch on the development in application settings.
And read more before you create a new topic which already exists

I have read alot about rooting and there is no answer to my question. I obviously already turned on debugging mode or I wont be able to get past waiting for device. Read before posting.

yes, sgh-i987 is the AT&T model of Galaxy Tab 7" original.

if you had done a little reasearch before posting this you would have found the firmware resture/unbrick thread. nobody will help you if you don´t meet the rules. One of them is "Use Search before opening a new thread".
anyways here it is: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2265477. i recommend you to read the instructions clearly this time or you may end up with a bricked device

Anyone know when can we find out what had changes made on firmware released? On live.samsung-update.com shows a change log or release number, is there any place on earth that we can find out what had change on the firmware version? Many thanks in advance if can share.

Hi everyone.... Can someone tell me what i need to know before buying this phone.Is there bootloader and can someone tell me more . Also i never had an samsung device always sony or lg and dont know anything.And when i go in bootloop how to flash original firmware with odin etc.. or can someone give me some guides..Can i unlock bootloader on every phone and if no, how to check that? Is there any code like *#1234# where i can check is phone original? And is there any way to check is phone original exept ckecking imei and this code (saw that code on youtube , dont sure about it) Thanks to everyone who help me....I know a lot about roms kernels etc.. but never had samsung so dont know a lot about it...
