I'm trying to put a custom rom on my Ideos S7 and I found the following guide on this forum:

Unfortunately I'm stuck on step 13.
When entering recovery mode I'm unable to choose another option such as "installing from a zip file".
I tried every button, none work. except for the power on/off button, but with this button the ideos will reboot.
I've made a screenshot of the recovery mode. I hope someone can tell me how I'm able to access the other options in this dropmenu or if there is some sort of alternative to get JB or ICS on my Ideos.

im having the same issue did you manage to fix it ?
boot into fastboot mode and use the reboot into recovery cmd in the attached files type "adb reboot recovery" (without the quotes) and there you go

Hello XDA community.
I have a big issue with my acer a500 tablet. I tried to flash a stock ROM today and my device bricked I can not load the recovery or the system it self. Is there any solutions or tips you could give me?
If i try to boot it it gives me this screen and gets stuck forever:

Tried all option on vol up nothing helps. My device can not be recognized with the usb cable. Also tried to put the update.zip file in SD card but have no idea how to launch it for instal.
If u need any more info just say below . I downloaded stock ROM from http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1816560 and the ROM i was flashing from is http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2705989

Long story short, I'm currently using RR on my phone. But then I go ahead and encrypted it.
Everytime I tried to go to recovery, TWRP kept flashing and does not run at all.
So I thought I could re flash TWRP again, I goes to fastboot/bootloader mode:

How can I find fastboot driver for Windows 10, I try to install all but nothing works.

Try this: download ADB, and create a new file named "adb_usb.ini" under C:\Users\(your PC user name)\.android. And copy 0x18D1(it's your phone vid) to this file
Reboot to fastboot then connect to PC
Thanks Liuxu, I figured out the problem. In the creator update, I need to download the samsung ADB driver and change android 1.0 to ADB interface, otherwise it does not work.

the process stucks to process 8

After this the phone stuck to fastboot mode and I press fastboot reboot to adb cmd.
After this the phone stops working doesnt turn on.
I think that have hard brick.

Yeah the computer makes the connect and disconnect sound.

Since the screen is fixed on the main menu mode and does not receive any commands except volume + and volume -
And when I unpacked the board, I found a T3L

Just download an Android Terminal Emulator app and type in "reboot recovery"

i tried more than 10 stock Rom but with no value every time i get No command
The no command screen is normal, you need to wait a minute it will enter recovery menu

i tried several times by pressing volume up with menu key and power key but no response i cant get in recovery mode
Any one can help ?
Leave it on the no command screen for 5-10 minutes and see what happens.
