Do you think it is possible to run Java ME apps on Android 4.1.2 (CyanogenMod 10 by Quarx for Defy(+))?
EDIT: This works, but online www.netmite.com/android/srv/2.0/getapk.php

hey guys. I've been out of the defy scene for awhile and the last version I have for this phone is 2.3.4 Gingerbread with a cyanogenmod 7.1.0 RC1 jordan mod. I want to update to the newest CM available. I'm looking at quarx's CM10 4.3 Jellybean and wanted to know if I can install this on my defy without any troubles by just using the custom recovery method. Thanks
I already have a working version of Paranoid Android for my Droid RAZR M. Now that Paranoid Android with Halo version 2 is out, I'm wondering if someone would take the time to apply the Halo 2 update to the ROM.
is your PA a 4.2 or 4.3 version?
Hi, I recently bought a rooted Defy running Quarx 4.1.2 July Nightly and cannot get any of the TTS apps to work. Previously I had a Defy running Cyanogenmod 7.2 and both my Spanish to English and French to English dictionaries worked with TTS perfectly. I installed these on my new phone from a backed up rom and can't get them to work. Google TTS is in the system/app directory, so I know it's installed. Anyone have this problem with this build? Other than this problem, I'm enjoying Quarx's JB.
Whenever i try to install picsart photo studio on my defy running slimbean 8.1 JB 4.3.1 it shows *error -24* in play store, i tried installing an apk, but it failed too, please help ?

I was thinking about making a custom ROM for my LG Phoenix using the CyanogenMod 2.3.4 ROM. However, I was curious if I could import the app runtime packages, the framework, and the JAVA emulators as well as the parsing software so I could run 4.X.X apps on it. Basically the 2.3.4 UI with reverse-backward compatibility (forwards compatibility?) Is this even possible? Would I just have to replace the kernel and some system files? Or can I take Rashed97's 4.1.2 ROM and switch out the UI?
