Hi guys, i was fiddling around with the lockscreen on my defy and just thought of this if it was possible to change the emergency number.
I googled a lot and there are many such queries on the internet but couldnt find any resolved.
Emergency numbers are different in different countries. I am on quarks 1811 build now and i can dial only 911,112 in emergency dialer. i dont know about other ROMs. Any other numbers like 100 say this is not an emergency number but in fact it is here in India.
So was wondering if any of your beloved developers can think of this as an addon or something

Hello, I'm a noob in the Android world so please excuse me if I'll ask a stupid questions or similar lol
Well, I have two questions:
1.- Can I make an app that "hook" the contacts list and add a little icon or text at the side of each number?
2.- I want to show some info about the number when the phone is receiving an incoming call.. What is the best/recomended way to do this? (Something like the app of the White Pages).
I hate to ask for help in forums (I like search/learn for myself), but in this occasion I'm too lost

I have been looking for a software compatible with HD2 which would show me calling times - how much of my free minutes I used. I used BatteryStatus on my previous phone but it does not seem to be a good choice for HD2 if I want to use Sense. Regarding BatteryStatus - there was another good thing about it. If I got a number in SMS, this soft replaced it with a name if the number was in my contacts.
Do you think you could give me an advice how to solve this? BTW, I was doing my best to find out something in this forum but was not successful. If those questions were answered already, I claim myself as unable to search and I am sorry for starting a new thread

i have searched the forums and havent found a satisfactory answer to the whether the call logs can be consolidated by individual numbers .
i know various dialers and replacement logs exist but stock rom solutions is what i am looking for

Apologies ahead of time if this is not the current forum to post this thread under. Please let me know and I'll post accordingly.
I recently rooted and installed a new ROM on my SG5 - Blisspop ROM. Awesome ROM with more features than I know what to do with!
One minor problem I found is that when you hang up a call or get disconnected for whatever reason, there is no follow option that occurs like it does in the stock dialer app - message/call back/add to contacts. This can be a huge headache when dealing with work related conference calls as I would have to go back to the dialer and edit call before dialing + add the respective extension.
I was looking around for a dialer that does this but all I could find is links to auto-redial apps which is not what I am looking for - I was not sure what to even call it - "call back feature". Does anyone have any ideas? Maybe I am missing a setting but it does not seem like there is such an option.

I have V350ULM. It is losi IMEI and Series Number. It can't use SIMCard, have no mobile signal.
