really didnt have any problems just followed the pdf (well at least took apart what i had to didnt touch anything else)and took my time not to rush or over muscle anything ..

We already knew it wasn't locked. No matter were you get it, it will work wifi only. The activation is being forced by the place you purchase.

Correct, we knew it wasn't locked, but weren't sure about activation due to BB ad and changes to Galaxy Tab.

I have a pre-order at Bestbuy but called Verizon store and the rep there told me that I don't have to activate it if I don't want. I did tell her that I had a pre-order at BB and that I would rather buy from them anyway. She is holding one for me and with no activation or credit check needed.

My Note 3 is on the way, so excited,,,,,,

So i am selling my Note 2 and my HOX plus so I can buy the Note 3 on E-Bay. It says it's in mint condition and has everything including the box and charger. It doesn't say it's a referb, but I know how things go.
I'm really excited. I loved the Note 2 and I'm hoping for great things from the 3. Hope to see you all in the real near future.

You'll love it! I traded up from my Note 2 as well. Don't forget to Kingo root and install Xposed and Wanam. The possibilities are endless.

Rooted s5

Has anyone come up with a work around to make android pay work? It was working fine by disabling su then the application. But something has changed that doesn't work anymore. I even tinkered with xposed and rootcloak but that isn't working either. I know it has nothing to do with the rom version because I've reverted to the stock image of this build a couple times and pay works. If anyone has any advise that doesn't mean staying unrooted it would be much appreciated

I read an article recently, and if I find it I will post it, but it said that android pay can detect all root methods now and will disable itself.

Thanks for the info but just saying that's bogus. I can see if your a businessman and got a corporate account. But us regular users that enjoy tinkering with our devices they should allow us to sign a waiver to make it work.

I have some questions :
- the phone it's from usa, i live in europe, so i guess isnt option available to make 4g working over here ? i live in romania, and i use vodafone.
- what's the last android for this? what do you suggest me to use for a smooth working ?
- i have some problem, everytime it's lagging in the last period of time and almost everytime it's saying i had no space. I clear cache, and some application data and i still get that info.
Last time when i flash my phone, its was long time ago, with a lg optimus one. hope it's the same procedure with that.
