I know th thread is over two years old, but my question is the same. Is WiFi Direct already implemented in any of the available roms? I looked for it but the only one I found was CM10 by Quarx and after install I still cannot find any info about WiFi Direct on my phone.

Seriously? It's in the X10 Android development section. It's the one made by FXP. J/FXP's rom will be the one that will be released in the CyanogenMod website. Apparently there are still bugs to iron out. You can help the cause by testing it out and reporting to J/FXP.

As there is no official support, just ports and remakes I would like to see if I can contribute to get official Defy+ support for CyanogenMod.
I know where to find the Defy+ source code, I have said device at hand and I can find out how to get the general CM source.
That said, some helpful advice on where to start and what to do would be welcome. I tried posting the questions in the CM forums but was advised to XDA.

Hi everyone,
I was browsing CyangenMod release and I saw this one "cm-10-20120907-NIGHTLY-i9300.zip".
Does anyone around here using it ? I was wondering, is there any known bug database for CM10 on I9300 ? And, if there is, if I install this rom, is there any way to contribute ?
Thanks for your answers.
Well, a few thread above or below your own there's the CM10 thread where everyone who uses it contribute and spam. I suggest you visit it:

Well this is pretty awkward.
Hey
Have you had any luck with finding bugs?
I want to flash AOKP as I can't stand touchwiz so slow... Plus I don't think I'll ever use the smart samsung crop.
I'm currently using omega 9
Thanks in advance

Alright guys, this is the place for all Questions, Discussions about CM11 for the (i9100G) that are not development related.
This way, we can keep the dev thread clean, but still can have some discussions about CM11.
But please do not get too off topic, 'cause otherwise I will have the thread cleaned without further warnings.
CM11 (kitkat) original thread refer to : HERE!
Cheers,
Hashy
Anyone know if this ROM has any problems with signal drops? I had to reboot my phone twice a day with mokee ROM because of that.
